- Apex Legends New Ranked Rewards Update & Controversy e as there are files found for new cosmetics in the game for a 2x Hcog skin as a reward for placing high in ranked but along with that there is a new system update for Mobile which allows special legendary and epic skins to be rewarded for anyone that grinds ranked which should make its way over to the main game of Apex Legends.

I actually think this ranked split is the best one we’ve had since season 16-ish. Doesn’t really reward ratting past Plat and Diamond requires at least 6-8 kills and placement to get to Masters.
I think the cheating and having 3 ranked tiers being able to be in the same lobby makes it miserable to play past a certain point. Three stack pred teams should never be in the same lobby as some of these players I spectate. Like watching NFL players vs the local middle school football team.

So basically just dont play the game, got it. Not playing with cheaters i understand its impossible but they arent doing anything to lower the cheating problem. So im good.

I've been really enjoying quads and Solos, haven't had this much fun in Apex in a while
The cheater problem is a headache. Every match I could see a cheater. I'm getting to loose interest this season. Last season we had cheaters and 6 mannings but we had flatline and wraith skins tracker which motivated to play. But this season clearly lose interest to play for more than 30 mins.
Agreed they should have more stuff to grind like legend mastery's and I'd also love to be able to buy exotic shards with legend tokens ex 10k legend tokens gets you 10 exotic shards
Console players dont want to play against computer we understand the player base is dying but this will make the console players leave more..

Youre right, removing dive trails was an epic fail and grinding is not as important as paying for stuff. Decline explained.
I'm not sure which way they are going, but we'll find out soon enough, cheating is an issue they need to fix though

Personally I think that they should have all the modes separate. They should keep solos, duos, trios, and quads. I don’t exactly want to play the game with randoms and adding solos would make me want to play the game more
If they take away ranked even for a second, I’m done playing apex. There’s nothing wrong with ranked, there’s something wrong with apex as a whole with the cheaters and movement exploits. Make the game run as intended and it will be fine

I'm probably the one person in all of Apex that liked season 17 and wasn't ratting the whole time, the matchmaking was better and no split meant I could play when I had time and could see how far I could make it. I hate the split, it's stupid and serves no purpose.
Instead of constantly changing things up, Respawn still needs to fix a bunch of stuff, then they can try new things. Cheats for starters.
splits do serve a purpose, but sadly not to the benefit of the player, just encourages people to play more, gotta get those player engagement numbers up so they can please investors

Instead of playing 10 games and then having the option to reset it should rank on the leaderboard based on your best 10 consecutive games. This is also how I think Apex predator should be determined by taking your best 10 or 20 consecutive games played once you reach masters.
Pretty sure crossplay on is only for xbox and ps4 and switch. Not PC, i think you may have gotten that information wrong but I'm not sure
Crossplay is on every platform, PC players have been asking for an off option for years.

They need to make quads playable
They should keep solos, duos and quads in the game instead of rotating the modes and they should also make a ranked mode for all of them too
They need to have a lone wolf ranked system. Where you can only solo Q.

I almost exclusively play ranked, but I probably won’t be playing rumble next season. Just don’t really like all the modes on the playlist. Hope still offer BR without the extra fluff for ranked

So strange and almost annoying in a way how they limit you to 10 games only, let it be a brand new mode and let players play as many games as they want to Rank Up and obtain as many points as they can, I prefer the system being non Pre Made Squads as its fair for Everyone, less complaints about SBMM as everyone will be vsing each other without a stack, make it the same point system to Rumble, that was fine, and from what I saw from the "cross platform must be enabled" I think this means Playstation and Xbox Can't go to settings disable it because there was a major issue in the past with Ranked Arenas and 6 manners Finding Each other which was alot more easier by turning cross platform off, I Don't know how you would stop boosting points Completely,

I played 5 matches and faced a 3 stack cheating in 3 matches with 40+ kills in each match very fun........ And 2 cheaters in the other 2 games... so there were cheaters in every game.. and thats a plat lobby how is it then in diamond/master rank??? xD i just gave the fuck up and started playing cs2 instead on faceit with a better anti-cheat system in place....
Every time i consider coming back to apex, i hear stuff like this about cheating and crap matchmaking, and it reminds me of exactly why i left to begin with
