Back in middle school I fucking loved 30 Seconds To Mars but other groups caught my attention and didn't listen to them as often. Recently started listening to them again and I can say I really miss performances like this after seeing their more recent concerts
Back then we were screaming that the world has no idea how broken we were. Now we are screaming how broken the world is. Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z, whatever the generation after them is called. It’s the same. We’re all walking into a broken fucked up world and told to pretend everything is fine because the facade of a functional world is preferable to actually fixing the problem. If the dinosaurs are not interested in fixing it or letting the younger generations take over we’re gonna enjoy watching the world collapse. The USA is run by people who think Gen X are too young and too inexperienced. Gen X are approaching 60 years old soon
Actually, I was fortunate enough to be able to organize the extras and be a part of this event, as well as many others. Very generous and appreciative guys.
Actually he really can’t. I’m a big fan and have seen them live 12 times over the last 15 years. Progressively worse every time. Last concert I saw in 2019 was the Vegas show at Park theater and I decided I would pay to see them again live. Big fan still, just don’t think it’s worth the money seeing Jared hold the mic up to the crowd so they can sing all their songs. Lol.
