Nice!!! I like almost everything except the carpet. I HATE CARPET. It would be exciting to figure out what to do with the unfinished part, and to have the means to see your vision come to fruition!!! Beautiful home. Someone very blessed will get to reside there.
IKR...I could see making some of the unfinished space a workout room, theatre, and a bar & humidor. Yes, I would get a workout in and then go smoke a cigar and have a drink 😀

I wouldn’t have that vanity with sink in the master bedroom…. Very tacky! The exterior doesn’t match the interior! Love the interior concept reminds me of a loft! and definitely remove the carpet!

How Many Square Feet?
It's a beautiful house. I ike how they furnisged it or if itbis staged. Gives it a really roomy feel. I am not big on basements but I would consider it if the house was right especially if I had a family. What is it listed for? Is Dacula past Suwanee or Duluth? On 85N
Dacula is past Lawrenceville I-85 to 316. This one is listed for $999k

It's certainly big enough but the black-and-white is just to stark.They could have used the warm wood tones on the front door throughout to warm up the space. And for a million dollar asking price, they could have spent less than ten thousand to remove that obtrusive beam in the middle of the house as soon as you enter. Tfs Marcus
Great feedback. On camera it looks like the beam is closer to the door, however, they are there for structural stability and aesthetics. This is a pretty large room. The beams are there to break up help divide spaces without taking away from the open floor concept. Thanks for your thoughts Tee! It's great to see how different people like or dislike certain designs.

999,999. There is a lot of space though with the huge basement. The buyer could put a kitchen and another bedroom and bathroom in the basement if they wanted. Lots of ideas. The floors are nice and the master bedroom is a nice size. I would totally live downstairs,it is my favorite area in the house.

I guess you can always negotiate the price Tenino especially when it don't really have all the amenities did ut have a fireplace no swimming pool in the grass in the back is not complete me maybe all that can be negotiated in the Dealer's closing

Beautiful house....but there is no sense of privacy. This would be a good home for a family with kids on their way out the door with that downstairs basement space.
No where close to a million-dollar home. The upstairs is too open if there is such a thing. The basement isn't finished. My 470k, 2/3 acre, all brick home is bigger than that. 2 driveways. Main level vaulted foyer, 3 bedrooms (including the master which is massive with a huge bath w/vaulted ceiling and a walk-in closet), 2 full baths, kitchen, living room w/vaulted ceiling, dining room, study, washer/dryer hook-up, 2 car garage. Upstairs loft with a full bath. Downstairs, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bonus room that can be used a bedroom but no closet, flex space, full bath, washer/dryer hook-up. It may not have all the bells and whistles that this home has, but my home isn't too shabby by any means.

It’s a beautiful home and I actually like the open space upstairs. It’s give it a loft feel BUT It should be listed around $500,00 to $600,00. Especially, without a finished basement.

I wouldn't mind living there too. beautiful but Not my dream home. But better than current abode. Love the basement and yard. Hard to get nice yards like that in Ga. But the sudden $1 Mil crackerbox houses isn't cool at all for Ga
