Very nice home but I don't like see through doors, and/or front doors that lead to the stairwell. It's bad feng shui. In addition, the yard space is too small to have a basketball court taking up any amount of space. It was nice to see bedrooms that had an actual full bath, which is way better than a lot of the newer homes that only have 3/4 baths that they like referring to as full baths. I also really liked the layout, and the rooms were nice in size.

As an Italian, I find hard to understand why anyone would build a wine cellar under the staircase. Wine must be stored in a dark place, that's why is called a cellar. 🤨

Beautiful. It’s nice that there’s an elevator. No one ever thinks about getting old, getting sick, or having older ones come to visit who cannot do stairs.
