Wow! I loved your tip on grating tomatoes. I was a professional cook for 24 years, and I've been gardening for 50+, but I have never encountered that trick. Even though I am an old dog, you've taught me something today. I'm going to use it for my next canning day instead of the boil and peel method. I'm going to do it over a sieve to remove the seeds as well. Thanks
Brilliant as usual. My favourite part of your videos is when you taste the food then throw the spoon into the sink. That's what it's all about, cooking to eat and enjoy :)
Quite the example of how just 3 vegetables can make an amazing base for pasta. And you can get them from your own garden if you give it some love. Nothing like putting your own produce to good use.
Fantastic, fresh and healthy. I love your 'X' marks the spot tip. Have used this method since you taught it to us. Ken how can we nominate you to RUclips as the best greek food channel. You are fabulous
@@KensGreekTable I will try online I think as the local shops here in North London are mostly Greek Cypriot owned and we Greek Cypriots don’t have hilopites in our cuisine. Thanks Ken
Thank you!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I typically use either mizithra or kefalotyri cheese. You can find them at Greek grocery stores or online. If you can’t find either, just use parmesan or pecorino lol
Nothing better than the smell of onions cooking 🤤
une grande pensée pour mes amis américains pour les 20 ans merci Ken PIERRE...

Really need to consider doing a video on Greek cheeses and their uses. I’ve never heard of the one shown here.
Actually going to do that one when I return to Greece next month. Stay tuned….
I can’t seem to find Hilopites in the UK
Try local Greek shops or online….

The link to the printable recipe appears to take one to a series of ad pages.
Hi. Ken won't message you because he died 2 years ago. Very sad.
Hi! Thanks for sharing it looks delicious. Could you tell me the name of the cheese or the brand? Thank you 😊
