yeah, also not relevant to the song context, they also never call Tiresias by name either, just "The Prophet" which i find a lil odd if he's so well known as being a prophet and that. also, just saying, Eurylochus only calls Odysseus Captain, and i really hope in the fight between them he finally calls him Odysseus

1:12 the warrior of the mind part is coolest because it showcases how Athena learned from Odysseus while he was supposed to be learning from her. She sings "mind" all one note, and when he joins in, he does many notes, while she stays the same. She chooses to follow him, and at the end, sings the many-note version by herself.
(which makes My Goodbye even sadder as at the end, she sings "goodbye" with many notes like he taught her, then realizes her mistake and goes back to her original one-note version for the very last line in the song)

In Warrior of the mind when Athena and Odysseus sing together, Odysseus does the run down the 1st time, they do the run together on the 2nd time, and Athena does the run alone on the 3rd time.
It shows Odysseus's influence on Athena and the bond they grew together. I LOVE THESE DETAILS
Honestly one of my favorite details in the whole show

Omg I just noticed that in the Flashback (?) Athena holds the note while singin "Warrior of miiiiiiiiind!". But then back in the present she sing it like Odysseus!!! There just top mich detaillllllllllll
athena holds the note when observing odysseus. When the two meet and become close*, odysseus does the riff first then it becomes a duet. (This is also true for My Goodbye but in reverse, where the riff comes first then the hold once they’ve left each other)
I really hope this is someones induction to epic so they're really confused when they can't find act 2

It’s very interesting how in “warrior of the mind” in the beginning sings only in high pitch, then Odyssey starts to sing it down and in the finish Athena sings with him in unison
