I felt I was going into detail for one question and then realising I might have just answered the next question. Also finding that my answer was probably too short and having I have over a minute left of answering the question, making me think I have not given a full answer.

I've been invited to a "virtual briefing" for my force but it says its stage 4 not stage 3 and its only 40 minutes, is this it?
Sounds like the stage 2 virtual briefing to me. That should take roughly 40 minutes.
What are you suppose to do in briefing and written exercise?

Is the recruitment process the same for specials?
It depends on the force. I only had an interview based on the core values and competencies.
