For young Sheldon Cooper, it isn't easy growing up in East Texas. Being a once-in-a-generation mind capable of advanced mathematics and science isn't always helpful in a land where church and football are king. And while the vulnerable, gifted and somewhat naive Sheldon deals with the world, his very normal family must find a way to deal with him. His father, George, is struggling to find his way as a high school football coach and as father to a boy he doesn't understand. Sheldon's mother, Mary, fiercely protects and nurtures her son. For 12 years on "The Big Bang Theory," audiences came to know the iconic, eccentric and extraordinary Sheldon Cooper. In "Young Sheldon," audiences get a chance to meet him in childhood, as he embarks on his innocent, awkward and hopeful journey toward the man he will become. Jim Parsons, who plays the adult version of Sheldon on "The Big Bang Theory," narrates.

Paige is one of my favorite characters in the show. Her storyline throughout the seasons is an interesting one to watch.

It would have been great when Sheldon and Amy broke up and raj and Howard did the scavenger hunt for him they could have easily said her name was Paige and had a couple episodes with her.

Dr. Sturgis is an adorable and funny character, it was nice to see Meemaw defend him when Dale was talking about him, shows that she still cares about Sturgis and i love that 💓

This scene with Paige always hits so hard. The actress is doing a great job here, her emotions feel so real in that moment. I get tingles while listening to this dialogue
I just love Mckenna Grace's works, she is wonderful
Mckenna Grace is pretty and amazing actor(she's one of the reasons why I like "Ghost busters: Afterlife")
I relate what Paige has gone through, my parents divorced years ago, my dad said mean things about my mom, when my dad passed last year, I've grown closer to Mom, my only parent left, even my sister, who turned against her in the past, she's gotten a lot closer to Mom❤️
Makenna Grace is such a good actress that when Paige started to get emotional explaining her changed home life, I still cry for her.
Believe me my brother and I went through alot during my parents divorce so he began acting out and i had keep myself in check to stay strong in front of him thats why i resonate with paige (and other characters in similar situations) because it's never easy at the beginning but over time you'll start to heal
The episode with Paige being sad made me relate to it so much I also went through depression when my parents divorced back in December 2017 and I did started to act out in my 8th and 9th grade year of school like stealing from stores taking my anger out on others and got into a fight during gym class till I met my mom's boyfriend who really changed my life and helped me get over my parents divorce and now I'm all happy and less stress with my mom and step dad being by my side no matter what ❤

As a child of the 80's I was from the proverbial divorced family but my parents divorced when I was three so I don't remember them being married, which was probably better for my psyche.

About the divorce episode.. my parents got a divorce when I was 7 years old I think. I never felt sad about them separating. I was glad, relieved, and happy. No more any kind of abuse coming from him. I never experienced sadness about the divorce like she did. Of course u know why after reading my comment

Also my parents did divorce as well when me and my brother were little, i won’t say a lot here but my mum did struggle in those times like that, that’s all i am going to say about that, but we had to go to his place on the weekends and we use to hate going there and were happy afterwards to go back home, my father did some awful things to my brother but i won’t discuss my personal reasons here, other Than that i don’t remember much cause it was a long time ago and i felt like it was our fault he left, but he decided to leave us it was his choice, and it just has always been the three of us ever since, and we never had any connection with my father we tried but it didn’t work out and that’s okay and I’ve come to peace with that a bit as i got older.

That doesn’t make sense because this is a prequel series. She was important in Sheldon’s life so she should have been mentioned. The year each show came out and ended is irrelevant
