Life definitely been weird since 2012. Fam, I've been waiting for you to react to this. I was tweaking when John started getting upset telling this story. "No, John's such a good egg! Don't upset my storytime person!" 😊❤
Gattor please react to this guy more and react to “Wendigoon” too! ❤
facts
faithful dog my ass...this all happened in first place because of the dog...because he took off running
It's not like he would've known we all make fucking mistakes dh and had the dog known what would have happened to his owner he would've never took off running. And plus people make fatal mistakes WAY more than dogs to so to hate on the dog for something that humans do way more of is goofy ash.
Are you slow what does a dog wondering off with the brain capacity of 4yr have to do with loyalty, I think Solo hiking off trail was his first mistake not a dog wondering Off.
Nothing to do with being faithful dummy. Its the wifes fault
Well he didn’t do it on purpose to hurt him tho did he 💀
@robbie6833 I mean why did he even bring the dog with him in first place smh
Like u said he could've brought a human with him instead of dog
I wonder if the wife had informed the police as soon as her husband had instructed her, if things would have turned out differently? Also I wouldn't have gone after the dog..at least not where I had to climb those boulders....I would have called and just waited cause dogs are smart and I'm pretty sure the dog would have gone back to his owner...So sad...😢
No, it would have not. The difference was 2 days. She notified police on his 11th day of hiking. He got stuck on the 4th day, and died on the 14th day out there (3 days after the wife called a search team). He was WAY off the path he had marked on the map for her. He was traversing the mountains, but chose to hike at the base of these mountains because the ice on these mountain tops was hurting the dog's paws. I would assume it was miles off the marked path. They had no idea if he got lost at the beginning, the middle or the end of said trail. It would have been virtually impossible. I think the only reason they even found his body was because "Brian" happened to be at that spot by some miracle. If he didn't hike that area, no one would've found him. Unless the dog reached the area.
Also, I wouldn't have gone after the dog as well. I would've sat on one of these boulders and waited for him. Andy was in his line of sight. If he just sat there and got some food out just to lure him back to him, that would've been enough. I'm sure the dog would have sniffed around for a while and would just go back to Mike.
I’m atheist, but religious people need to stop taking risky decisions that put their life in danger for what? Faith? You’ll put your whole family and your life in danger for faith? That sounds dark to me or what you religious people say is “the devil”. Just stop being so arrogant and be humble and just pray. Why do you need to take this high road faith journey when you’re already have “a miracle” back home with your family?
I'm an atheist as well. I wonder how can someone still have faith, especially his own family, after reading his diary... So this so called god wanted this extremely religious and good man to get stuck in the middle of nowhere, to suffer and wither away alone until he died? What's their explanation? God killed Mike so he can have him in heaven next to him? I do not get it. It's too tragic.
I love these gut wrenching stories. Tho this isn't sad like ballan said it would be
