Peel Region dissolution update from Shari Lichterman, City Manager and CAO - November 15, 2023

On November 15, 2023, Mississauga City Manager and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Shari Lichterman presented an update to Council about the City of Mississauga becoming an independent, single-tier municipality on January 1, 2025.
As we work through this transition to an independent Mississauga, our first priority is to ensure residents continue to receive the services that they need and rely on.
