Yes it’s happen sometimes. There are two reasons for this: • you blow too much air too fast. • and you suddenly get air again. For the first reason, train yourself to exhale a very small quantity of air (as if you were whistling). For this, you have to close your mouth more and narrow the air outlet. For the second reason, get used to breathing in through your nose relatively slowly. Avoid emptying all your lungs, always keep 50% of the air inside. I hope this will help you!
