As someone who never felt Loki was too powerful (counter's Good Card decks, but also helps reduce tech cards from the meta), I think it's a good change. The target isn't Loki himself, the targets are Cable, Valentina an co. who all were the same card because old Loki. Now that he's gone, Kate and Snowguard and Maria can actually be unique cards with different effects, rather than just "+1 or +2 for Loki"

Loki’s ability should enable the player to be able to draw 2 cards per turn (and get rid of the on reveal draw a card part)
As someone who doesn’t have Loki (and never quite understood the appeal), I’m far more heartbroken about Doc Oc. The chaos! The madness! I’m bummed.
