That was absolutely outstanding.......I do wish you had sopped up the water inside the housing that the stem screws into and gave us a clear look at the inside, because of another issue I was having......but this was a great demonstration...you did a great job

I unfortunately broke the plastic threaded ring at 3:02 , and I'm having a hard time removing the ring with the top part broken off. Anyone have tips?

Pfister has a lifetime warranty. I was able to replace it on a number of occasion. Just email them the picture of the part.

Does anyone know where to find the clear plastic nut at ~4:00 that holds the base cover on??? Anyone know what it is called or have a part number???
Mine is cracked and I need to find another!!!

By the way, the problem it caused is that the gasket at the bottom is no longer tight. As a result, the base is floppy and splashed water freely enters. This has comletely rusted the nut for the valve.
