As a chef, cooking has always been a time for family and friends. With my Bed and Breakfast, when I owned it, my guests would come into the kitchen after work and before dinner. It became such a routine that one night we had a dinner for 15 people, and it turned into me cooking tapas for everyone as they stood around the island and ate standing up. Nothing can replace a family and friends gathered around a table preparing and eating. It is the basis of our creation and foundation.

Lechon is absolutely to best meat I've ever taste! I was with my fiance for Feb festival and the meat was prepared and cooked same day, so fresh and delicious. After I eat just 1 plate full I fell asleep. Absolutely delicious 😋

just wanted to say I understand you're feeling about being blue.....I have been in Davao since July 20th and my girlfriend 1 day told me that the first month we was together she didn't love me and she used to tell me not to hold her hand or talk to her in public like at a mall.....then she started going home to her parents and not really telling me why she also still to this day hasn't taken me to meet her parents.....I'm now in a condo in Davao she comes and goes she will leave saying she will be back in 2 days then not return for a week......of course I'm the bad guy for chatting with another girl and sending her some cash to help her out.....but anyways now I'm alone for Christmas just like it's been for me for the past 10 years.......guess coming here was better as far as my money going further but for having someone by my side that loves me well.....she's taken advantage of me......including the 1k I helped her with for her nose job.......maybe I'm to nice and a sucker.....I don't know but I'm hoping to find someone better.....sorry to dump on you this but I know how you feel......cheers have a merry Christmas......
