I lost 10kg in 6 months. I know that the amount maybe small considering time but I didn't joined any gym. Neither my exercise was regular. I just stopped eating junk food completely . It took me 4-5 months to do that. Leaving everything little by little then after that it's been 10 months I'm dieting. For exercise I did skipping rope. And sometimes cycling. Now I do mostly cycling and sometimes indulge in cheat meals. The key here is diet . Avoid junk food completely and focus on any kind of exercise or cardio, best if u can join a gym , focus on ur calorie intake. I'm a 50kg, 19 year old female eating about 1800 calories a day. My weight loss journey was not even " proper" or "perfect" still I lost fat and even teachers at my classes praised me and asked me how did i do that lol. Well most of the things were taught by my bf lol. So just focus on what u eat, it will take time. Even I hesitated that what good will it do but slowly slowly i saw changes. It was not done in one or two days. Even before those 10 months of weight loss it took me extra 4-5 months to start it, to stop eating junk food it was difficult but worth it. Now still everything is not so proper but I'm having a much better and healthy lifestyle I'm telling u I'm a very very lazy person but still i did it I'm sure if u want to it , u can also Just stop eating junk if u are Work hard✨✨

I can do fast I believe that what you think?
@@omkedar2865 well I don't know much about fast, since my bf guided me whole time lol. Even if u don't go to gym u can at least maintain just don't eat junk food if u eat , and focus on ur calorie intake. To lose fat u need a calorie deficit . Focus on that and there is nothing like fast results either. Just focus on ur diet and if possible exercise also u will surely see results in some months

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: [03:20] Obesity is a chronic condition that can be managed but not cured. [04:38] India has the third-highest number of overweight/obese people globally, due to its large population (1.4 billion). [07:48] Disrupted circadian rhythm (sleep cycle) due to modern life habits can negatively affect hormone secretion and contribute to weight gain. [12:57] Chronic inflammation caused by obesity can damage healthy tissues and lead to various health problems. [14:27] The modern world's easy access to high-calorie food disrupts our natural energy conservation mechanisms, leading to weight gain. [16:32] Traditional lifestyles with more physical activity and limitations on portion sizes helped maintain weight balance. [19:10] Dopamine dependence: Easy access to high-calorie food through delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato reinforces unhealthy eating habits due to the addictive nature of dopamine released by consuming such food. [20:37] Social media's influence on food choices: Food-related content on social media platforms can trigger cravings and unhealthy eating habits. [22:47] Our biology is not designed to handle the abundance of pleasurable, easily accessible high-calorie foods of the modern world, and overconsumption can lead to health problems. [23:32] The development of convenient, pleasurable food creates a system that encourages overconsumption, especially for those who are not informed about the potential negative consequences. [24:54] Compulsive eating disorder can manifest as an inability to stop eating despite feeling full. There can be various underlying reasons for this behavior. [26:25] Importance of portion control: Eating slowly and savoring each bite allows you to feel satisfied with a smaller portion size. [27:57] Food and culture: Food is an important part of Indian culture, but mindful eating habits and healthy food choices are necessary to avoid weight-related health problems. [33:46] Connection between obesity and diabetes: Obesity can lead to insulin resistance, which is a major risk factor for type 2 diabetes. [34:24] How obesity affects insulin function: In people with obesity, insulin is produced but becomes less effective at controlling blood sugar levels. [34:34] Long-term complications of uncontrolled diabetes and obesity: Both uncontrolled diabetes and obesity can lead to serious health complications that are difficult to treat. [35:55] Yo-yo dieting and metabolic slowdown: Frequent weight fluctuations due to dieting can slow down metabolism and make it harder to lose weight in the long term. [36:38] Obesity and heart disease in young people: Obesity is a contributing factor to the increasing trend of heart attacks in young people. [38:47] Compliance with medical advice for chronic diseases: Adherence to treatment plans for chronic diseases like obesity requires intrinsic motivation and lifestyle changes beyond just following doctor's orders during appointments. [38:47] Stress and modern life: Modern life contributes to chronic stress through various factors, impacting sleep quality and overall health. [42:41] How obesity increases the risk of heart attack: Obesity increases the workload on the heart, similar to a pump that must work harder to circulate blood throughout a larger body. This extra strain can lead to heart muscle hypertrophy, increased blood pressure, and a higher risk of heart attack. [43:32] Muscle hypertrophy and heart health: While muscle hypertrophy is generally beneficial, hypertrophy of the heart muscle is not. An enlarged heart muscle must work harder to pump blood, reducing its efficiency and increasing the risk of complications. [44:15] Obesity and lipid profile: Obesity can negatively impact lipid profile, or the balance of fats in the blood, which can further increase the risk of heart disease. [45:40] Risky social media trends and youth health: Social media trends that encourage risky behavior, like stunts performed for online content creation, can have negative health consequences. [49:15] Importance of awareness for cholesterol management: Increased awareness about cholesterol and its distinction from fat is crucial for taking preventive measures against heart disease. [50:30] Cholesterol as a byproduct of improper fat metabolism: Cholesterol is produced by the liver during the metabolism of fat. An unhealthy lifestyle can hinder this process and lead to the buildup of cholesterol. [54:26] Overconsumption and fat storage: Excessive calorie intake can lead to the body storing excess energy as fat cells. [56:46] Weight gain and hormonal changes in women: Women are more likely to experience weight gain than men due to hormonal changes, particularly during menopause when estrogen and progesterone levels decrease. [57:19] Fat deposition during pregnancy: The body naturally increases fat deposition in the lower abdomen and thighs during pregnancy to cushion the womb and protect the baby. [58:56] Importance of maintaining an active lifestyle during pregnancy: Exercise is generally safe during pregnancy unless otherwise advised by a doctor due to high-risk factors. Maintaining an active lifestyle during pregnancy can help with weight management. [01:01:02] Importance of sleep hygiene for weight management: Maintaining a regular sleep schedule with an early bedtime and sufficient duration (7-8 hours) is important for weight management. [01:01:34] Diet modifications for weight management: Simple dietary changes like a heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and dinner, and an early dinner can be beneficial for weight management. [01:02:44] Creating a personalized schedule for work-life balance: A personalized schedule that incorporates healthy habits like sleep and exercise into a busy work life can be effective for weight management. [01:04:30] Long-term health consequences of childhood obesity: Unhealthy lifestyle choices in youth can lead to a higher prevalence of chronic diseases in the elderly population, placing a greater burden on healthcare systems. [01:05:08] Importance of self-education for healthy living: Individuals have a responsibility to educate themselves about healthy habits and how to incorporate them into their lifestyle. [01:06:24] Accessibility of knowledge and tools for healthy living: Educational resources and tools for tracking food intake and fitness are readily available to help people make informed decisions about their health. [01:07:54] Gamification of weight loss: Tracking weight loss progress and setting goals can be gamified to make it more engaging and motivating. [01:08:34] Importance of a balanced diet for weight loss: A balanced diet that includes all essential nutrients is necessary for weight loss and overall health. [01:10:11] Body Mass Index (BMI) as an indicator for bariatric surgery: Body mass index (BMI) is a measurement used to determine weight categorization. A BMI above 35 may indicate eligibility for bariatric surgery. [01:10:52] Bariatric surgery for weight loss and lifestyle modification: Bariatric surgery can be a tool for weight loss, but it should be combined with long-term lifestyle changes for successful weight management. [01:12:19] Importance of consulting a doctor to determine appropriate weight loss treatment: A doctor can help determine the most suitable weight loss treatment plan based on individual needs and health conditions. [01:13:03] Bariatric surgery as a minimally invasive procedure for weight loss: Bariatric surgery is a minimally invasive procedure (laparoscopy) performed under anesthesia to modify the digestive system for weight loss. [01:15:17] Bariatric surgery as a tool for weight loss in severe obesity: Bariatric surgery is most effective for individuals with severe obesity (BMI > 35) who experience significant weight-related limitations in daily activities. [01:16:08] Target BMI for bariatric surgery: Bariatric surgery aims to achieve a BMI in the healthy range (25) for individuals with severe obesity. [01:18:33] Benefits of bariatric surgery for weight loss: Bariatric surgery can lead to significant and symmetrical weight loss, mimicking the appearance of weight loss achieved through exercise. [01:19:41] Government role in obesity awareness: Government initiatives to raise awareness about obesity as a disease can significantly impact public health. [01:20:14] Individual responsibility for maintaining a healthy weight: Individuals have a responsibility to take steps towards maintaining a healthy weight to prevent obesity-related health problems. [01:21:28] Seeking professional help for weight management: If lifestyle changes are not effective for weight management, consulting a doctor about treatment options is essential. Made with HARPA AI

this doctor seriously needs to lose fat.. especially belly fat.. it is screaming of insulin resistance.. no , not kidding.. also one should practise what one preaches. most of the things he's saying are correct , but he should also follow and lead by example
He need to be available for his patients and his age is too old have some common sense he can't keep his health soo good because of his hectic and stressful life as he is saying. His knowledge is gold appreciate it, that's it.
Knowledge na hona galat nahi par Knowledge ko na Lena ye galat hain Because Indian Knowledge Lena to chahate hain Par le nahi pate Because Indian people's don't understand one line Truth is better That's why science is better means Truth is better Because science = Truth
Health means proper functioning of organs Don't know why people are assuming Health with slime body or builded body. Junk food is unhealthy but a person with high amount of calories obtained through healthy food is healthy as well. Most of the Indians in rural area still live above 100 even after having a fat body

Your other videos have millions of views but the topics which includes weight makes them shame and there are only 55k views in this video this was the best video of weight loss I have ever seen thank you😭👍
Watch videos by Ryan and his podcast by other youtubers. You will find better advice.
@@santosh2152I saw many of Ryan's videos and they are good in other way but this one is also really informative because I always loose weight but when I start my normal routine everytime I gain more than previous weight so from this podcast one thing I absolutely learn that I have to change my routine for lifetime and also about sleeping issues rather than this overeating when stressed so this was a very knowledgeable podcast and surely it will add some value to my life
Thanku gaurav bhaiya your videos are so brilliant
You tell us complex matter in simple way

100% working Technique i used that and lost 4 kg in a month
1. Calorie deficit (not too much)
2. Go on sugar fast
3. Do exercise daily 1-1.5 hr..
4. Drink water (more)
5.try to not eat rice and eat in small plates don't ask for more food after finishing a single serving...
EAT PROTEIN...... EX. IF YOUR WEIGHT IS 80 KG EAT AT LEAST 80-90 GM PROTEIN
this doctor seriously needs to lose fat.. especially belly fat.. it is screaming of insulin resistance.. no , not kidding..
also one should practise what one preaches. most of the things he's saying are correct , but he should also follow and lead by example
He need to be available for his patients and his age is too old have some common sense he can't keep his health soo good because of his hectic and stressful life as he is saying. His knowledge is gold appreciate it, that's it.
I am a farts🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Bhai weight gain technique bana, weight loss nehi
Eat more calorie than you spend , you will gain weight. Eat healthy and exercise...

Knowledge na hona galat nahi par
Knowledge ko na Lena ye galat hain
Because Indian Knowledge Lena to chahate hain
Par le nahi pate Because
Indian people's don't understand one line
Truth is better
That's why science is better means Truth is better
Because science = Truth
What a video 😂
Are doctor khut body banao pehle or dosora me bolo
Health means proper functioning of organs
Don't know why people are assuming Health with slime body or builded body.
Junk food is unhealthy but a person with high amount of calories obtained through healthy food is healthy as well.
Most of the Indians in rural area still live above 100 even after having a fat body

Patle logo ki bhi bat krlo🥺
Inke liye koi business nhi h... Isliye koi baat nhi krta
Bro either tum patle hote ho ya fir malnutrition ya fir koi aur underlying disease ya deficiency hoti hai... toh sirf patla hona doesn't necessarily means that it's a problem that needs to be addressed. Ye mera opinion hai. It's fine if you don't agree.

Lack of protein in Indian diet is a main problem
Eat meat and take eggs.
Once a week
Lol if you are thinking protein has problem then also know that protein also lead to kidney collapse
