Floor has said that this is one of the more challenging songs for her to sing. Marko is the bassist that is singing, you have heard him before , in Romanticide and Phantom of the Opera. And ,Yes, he has a great voice too. That's Jukka on drums, and I agree he was awesome. But, unfortunately, this Wacken 2013 show was one of this last. He had to step away from performing in 2014 due to health issues caused by severe insomnia, but remains with the band in management. He called his friend, Kai Hahto from Wintersun , to take over. Any show 2015 or newer will have Kai, if you would like to see him, try I Want My Tears Back from the 2018 Buenos Aires show. You will also get a good dose of mutli instrumentalist Troy Donockley in that one, and Floor dancing all over the stage.

Unfortunately, he hasn't played with the band for a long time. I sincerely hope he gets back behind his drums, whether it's with Nightwish or another band. It's not fair that such a drummer can't play!

Their singer Floor Jansen also released a solo album this year, she has the voice for anything and can sing all genres, ultimately impressive!! 👌 Imagine what power it takes, to have to sing over all these violent sounds! 💥

None of the songs at this concert were written ‘for Floor’. This is one of Tarja’s best and without saying any tracks are ‘better’ than the originals, the concert showed that Floor could claim the whole Nightwish back catalogue as ‘hers from now on’.
Yes! Jukka (the now former drummer) is the most amazing drummer I've ever seen performing.
Both Jukka and Marko (the former bassist/singer) are greatly missed. At least by me.

I think you are wrong here. Jukka, who had to retire due to health reasons and is now in extended management, brought his mentor Kai Hato to Nightwish. And Kai is more, much more than just a worthy substitute. Yes, Kai has a different style than Jukka, but it suits Nightwish beautifully.

You keep trying to pigeonhole this band. It can't be done. For folk, try "The Islander.' For smokey jazz, try "Slow Love, Slow." For hard metal, try "The Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean." There's some amazing acoustic recordings of "Nemo" and "How's the Heart." Show tunes? "Phantom of the Opera." Do you like Irish pipes? "I Want My Tears Back." A tender love song? "Kiss While Your Lips Are Still Red." They do everything and do it so well. There simply no end to it.
