- In episode 9 of our Red Dead Redemption 2 playthrough, we go Legendary Buck hunting, but not without collecting a bounty in every single county on the map. Arthur has a very hard time doing his hunts and his missions without being disturbed and to add insult to injury, the Pinkertons found us and we aren't safe at our current camp. This will be a medium to low honor RDR2 playthrough with Arthur Morgan making decisions as he sees fit in the moment! Thanks for watching!

The nice thing about having a physical map is it shows good topography details as well so you can see the impassible areas. I tried a playthrough turning off the map and got hopelessly lost in Cumberland forest early on. Still want to attempt it

Red dead redemption 1 : didn't realise that jack is going to be his future enemy
Surrender is a way to rid yourself of the bounty; you end up cooling your heels in jail a bit and the fine is often less than the bounty. Plus you might get a cool cutscene sometimes.
That’s right I recall you mentioned that I keep forgetting to surrender. I’ll have to try that bc as of EP 11 my bounty is 375 in on county alone 🤡
Don't be sorry for playing slow, we love slow. 🙂 RDR world is just so mesmerizing, you cannot help but to wonder around.
And I love the idea of bad Arthur turning into the good Arthur. Plus, you won't have to worry about bounties that much any more.

I don’t think I’ve seen a single comment asking why I’m doing so much side missions which is shocking as usually this becomes a balance issue in other franchises but seems the RDR fans really love the side content! If you get a bear or duck or anything that yields animal fat you can make explosive ammo, which you can use on legendary animals as you can’t ruin their pelts. Plus any leftover ammo can really mess a person up 😄

Up there by Lake Owanjila if you get a perfect beaver pelt you can get the trapper to make one of the best saddles: EDIT- I wrote this before you actually got one but Pearson also uses one like you said. But if you get another….
Low honor play is tough, I just couldn’t hang on to it for very long. It IS fun though at times.

1:41:10 - 1:41:12 If you look closely, you can see Arthur's hand moving to his holster and entering a drawing position but Jack's presence stops him. Such a cool detail.
On a side note, I still don't get how the Pinkertons found Arthur and Jack by the Dakota River, not unless they knew he would be there. Did they just happen to ride by at the same time as them on the exact same spot of the Dakota River as them? So suspicious.
I didn’t think anything of them being tipped off yet tbh! We have been making our presence known since the beginning in Valentine which isn’t too far off I figured someone in town maybe tipped them off! There was that guy at the beginning that I killed who ran off and said he remembered us
@@VideogameShayPlays Even with all the noise the gang made in Valentine, it seems awfully convenient that the Pinkertons rode by the exact same spot Arthur and Jack were in. But now that I think about it more carefully, maybe it is simply a coincidence.
@@jamescpapg well as of now I know for sure it can't be Dutch because they want Dutch...so he would have just turned himself in. Micah is a strange guy but nothing so far has made me feel he would rat us out just yet. So far I can't think of anyone who would rat us out!
