HELLO does have issues with properly displaying submenus on mobile devices. They will appear but you are not able to click on those pages. This seems to be a very well-known issue and while a lot of chatter on this topic, there really doesn't seem to be a fix or work-around for it.

Mountain & Digital Agency are brilliant, but all the other starter templates are prone to breaking with Elementor and are a massive waste of time.
Astra is massively overrated.
