It was a few years that this happened, but nothing has changed since. A bloke wrote to the local paper to tell them how he had been booked by the cops for exceeding the 60 kph limit on Albany Highway, here in Perth. He though it was a bit odd, so he went back over the bit of road he had been on and found that the cops had set their speed trap up in a 70 kph zone. He got the ticket cancelled, but the paper decided to look into the matter further. They found that the speed limit changed from 60 to 70 kph and back again over twenty times between Armadale and Victoria Park. Why has never been explained.
