- Welcome to the very second episode of our Princess Cruises Sky princess Norwegian Fjords vlog series!
In this episode we spend our sea day relaxing onboard the Sky Princess cruise ship. We spend much of the day with friends in the Piazza before getting ready for the formal night and eating in the main dining room. Expect lots of fun as the wine flows!
This 7 night Sky Princess cruise will take us to the Norwegian Fjords, known as the land of the midnight sun. We will be visiting Bergen, Skjolden, Olden and Stavanger. This is our 3rd time visiting the Norwegian Fjords - we just love the scenery and sailing through the fjords.
During the series, you might recognise a few other travel bloggers and vloggers, this is because also onboard was: Brits on a Ship, Chad Cruisers, Cruise Buoys, Innocents Abroad, Nick Tours and Paul and Carole love to travel - so expect lots of fun and laughter as the drinks will be flowing all week!

We started cruising in 2014 by doing a mini break on P&O Aurora. Making videos of our cruises and sharing our experiences has become our hobby, they may not be to everyone's tastes but they are our way of remembering the great times we've had, so please keep this in mind - we are not professionals and the complete video is shot and edited on an iPhone in our spare time. The videos are our opinions and experiences while on board.
We may not be the youngest cruisers but we are trying to break the stereotype that cruising is for retired people. On a cruise you will normally find us wondering around the ship taking in the atmosphere (and working our way through the cocktails). Make sure follow us on social media, the links are below.

Thank you for saying so (that we looked dapper 😉) we just like to enjoy ourselves and glad it comes across in our vlogs, we had a blast on this cruise it was so much fun! We like the international cafe but we do prefer a late night buffet, on Aurora we had kebab and there’s always so much choice, it’s nice to mix and match! 😂🐽🐷

It’s becoming a bit of a cliché, but being able to watch the same cruise filmed in a different style has been wonderful.

One of your techniques is often to do photos as sort of a snapshot, in between sections of video - it really comes off extremely well! There was a lot of fun to be had on the promenade that night.

Honestly Bob those cruise bouys forced us to drink! It was a lot of fun! The cheeseburger pasty is more like a mince and cheese mix but it is nice👌🏻😋

We are going on our first crusie next year (£1 deposit rocks LOL) and its SKy Princess 5 nights to Hamburg. So looking forward to it. That Cheese plate looked a bit disappointing. In my local Italian restaurant you get a little pot of honey to have with the cheeses. the stronger smellier the cheese, the more it benefits from the honey. Love seeing you all all dressed up. good to see you with Cruise Buoys,. Love your Vlogs.

I'm having a great time traveling with you folks on this cruise, and I don't even drink. I don't know if you really enjoy your meals, or it is good PR for the next cruise. So many people complain about the food in online reviews. I happy if I can get a jacket potato so no food complaints from me. You are really helping me know what my cruise to Norway. May 2023 will be like.
Glad you are enjoying the videos! Yes, we enjoy nearly all our meals. We’re not fussy when it comes to food, if it tastes good and there’s lots of it, we’re happy! We know they are having to cater for huge amounts of people so never expect 5* unless we’re paying extra 😀

We had a fantastic cruise! We were spoilt rotten with the weather when we reached Norway, unfortunately we’re no longer on sky, we came home 5 weeks ago, it takes quite a bit of time to edit all of the footage together etc. ❤️

How do you keep track of the 15 drink limit - does the app tell you or is there a risk that you end up having more and get charged without realising?
They notify you when you reach your 15th drink the bar staff or waiter will say “sir this is the last drink in your package”

I think reaching 15 drinks a day would be my main goal on a Princess Cruise lol. Although not sure I can handle it as well as you guys haha.
It’s surprisingly easy when you start at lunch time with some wine with lunch, a few beers or cocktails by the pool during the afternoon and then more wine with dinner and drinks whilst watching evening entertainment, it’s still great value for money though and saved us a small fortune lol 😂

The one with the black salt and chilli? That’s a Sandia en Fuego - watermelon margarita kind of drink. We ask for extra chilli in it too sometimes as the heat gives a lovely savoury taste :)

Believe it or not, we’re well behaved at home! No drinking on weekday nights and a good 7 hours sleep each night 😇

Watching you get blotto just didn't do it for me this video. Getting drunk is more fun. I guess your neighbor with the kid next door must have loved you coming into your cabin at 5 in the morning. I do give you credit for showing what does go on after the older folk go to bed lol.
Its always more fun for sure! We do try and be quiet if it's that late/early - it is strange, no matter how late we went to bed there were always other people up and about too.
