That was very cool, every time you get in that water I relive the time you almost stepped on the big gator and the panther at the end was the icing on the cake 👍👍👍
Always a welcome sight for sore eyes... A Trail Camera Pick Up from Tim!!! Thank you! Tou are a brave soul to trudge through the water. I would have waited until the water dried up. I hold my breath with every step you take now. Im sure you do, too.
Another awesome trail camera pickup video! Walking through that gator infested water takes big kahunas! Your orchid photos and videos are excellent. I once found an undiscovered orchid in the Peruvian Amazon and the biologist let me name it! Kepp up the good work and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Thankyou for sharing your treks through the Everglades. I do love the wild orchids. We have wild orchids in British Columbia too but very different. We have been having wild weather here . They call them Bomb cyclones. Tearing up everything with hurricane force winds. Keep up the videos. I’m 82 and enjoy them very much.
I thought about you during those two hurricanes and hope you were safe. Beautiful orchids and great video! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!. Thank you Tim.
Great video! It’s good to see wildlife that we don’t normally see on our trail cameras here in the uk, like the bears and the orchids growing in the wild! Thanks for sharing
Great video Tim ! My God U ARE The Bravest Guy in the World!! I'm scared just watching u go thru that water. 😱 I'm serious it's scary! Tell me how do the orchids get to be growing on the trees? Thanks for hanging in there. I know going thru all that water & jungle like trails must be challenging. Hats off to u !! I Love watching yr videos ! 🙋🏼♀️
Hey Tim. You outdid yourself on this video. Exceptionally well done. Loved the orchids. Gorgeous! Loved all the birds and wild life! I wonder what it is about the camera that the bears like to go after. Hmmmm. I tell ya, I was holding my breath as you were walking through all that water. I was so afraid we'd see another gator pop up and I didn't want that to happen. You must have nerves of steel. In case we don't see you before Thanksgiving, wishing you a good one. I'll be thinking about you at the Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park where you have your Dinner. Thank you for all you do. Stay safe. Stay Healthy. xo
New subscriber, love your videos and all the critters. The ghost orchids are so cool too. 😊 thanks for posting them. It's so cool that when you posted the hawk and the owl videos, I could hear woodpecker(s) in the background. I get the red bellied woodpeckers here in PA too and recognize their calls.
Question for you. I was navigating the Loop Road several years back when I saw, in a tree, what looked like a Fisher. Being 500 miles to far south, my question is, have you ever seen a mink fifteen feet up in a tree?
Hi Tim, I have2 questions. First is do you wear any snake leggings or do you just wade in jeans and shoes? Don’t you see many cottonmouths? Actually one more question. Have you ever walked up on a bear in there? Thanks for your videos I always enjoy them.
I've had a few awesome bear encounters in there. They usually just look at me and walk away. I've never had a problem with them. I wear hiking pants made out of ripstop nylon and hiking sneakers. You need to stay as light as possible otherwise you'd never make it through the water and the ferns. I do see a bunch of cottonmouths but I've never had a problem with them either.
Tim
I just love your videos. Living close to the edge of the Everglades it just so cool to know what lives just west of us.
Thank you
Your videos are the best! Thank you for sharing them with us. And I LOVE the orchids, owl and hawk!!!! You take fabulous photos and videos.
Thank you!
I don't know what would scare me more the cat the bears or a pack of them demon pigs...😮
I love when you add the flowers and birds.
Is “slough” like a temporary creek .
Thank you. A slough is a seasonal wetland/swamp

Thank you very much. The orchids put out dust-like seeds that hopefully land on a tree and grow.

Good footage
Slog on dude. Looks like my street during Helene!
Ohmygoodness! Aren't you afraid of encountering an alligator in that water?
The baby pig... 🥰
I hope you're very well and those horrible hurricanes
Thank you. We didn't have any problems in south Florida
I have been falling behind on your videos, Tim. Time for catch up!
Thanks for watching
❤❤❤
I love seeing the hogs. 24:52
14:01 are we just going to ignore the 126° stamp?!?!? 😂😂😂

it is always good
🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love the video….have you entertained cellular trail cams?😅
I've tried a couple. They are fun but I don't like paying the monthly fees
Awesome photos !! Is that a new tripod ?
No, that's still the electrical tape tripod! :)
@ShrikeZone I have my Slik tripods , but I use a cheap plastic one when I'm in creeks . But yours might've saved ya !
👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Omg.😮
Do you ever see any of those big snakes?
I've seen a bunch of dead ones on the highway.
Don't you worry about gators in all that deep water? I would be afraid to walk in it after your one scare with one? Brave man.
Wonder if the panther prefers venison or pork.
I hope they keep the hog numbers in check
119 deg f in the sun. Way too hot to check the camera.
I do not know which close up selfie is stranger...the bear or Tim.
Sounded like someone was using a chainsaw at about 19:00
Good catch. The invasive plant removers were clearing some trails a few hundred yards away.
Ever see an anaconda?
I've seen a few dead pythons on the highway. I've never seen a live one.
