Fr it's not normal to open 3 opay account in the same name and same details. They believe another person can have the same name with you but the bvn would let them know if you're the same person or not. If this is the case, am not sure it was there issue but then as you said maybe your details is not suppose to accepted. If normal banks also allow users to open accounts online the same thing would also happen.

I have 3 account with access bank and also have 2 account in opay,one is a merchant and the other is a tier 3 account

My tier 3 was downgraded to tier 2.. The funny part was they requested only NiN i.D card and the 11 digit.. they didn't request for utility bill again

I believe that should be the only thing required to open and maintain an account. We have a BVN, and NIN, which are basically the same thing.

The have started restricting bro can only have two accounts linked to your NIN/bvn😢

It is not their fault, it is the CBN policy given to them, two accounts are ok na, must you open more than two accounts

Also had same issue with opay but I did upload what was asked for and all functions were restored

@@iamshaeebu I stayed that way for the first day, and then the next day I was asked to upload NIN card and something else I've forgotten... I wasn't really bothered sha cuz I barely had funds in it
