Love these automotive machine shops. Good video. One part I’d love to see y’all tackle is a pump wedge for a JetSki. Mine has a 2 degree one on it. I’ve never seen any other option than 2 degrees. Maybe y’all could make a 4 degree one. For those wondering, a pump wedge is a way to angle your thrust on a jet drive upwards to get your bow out of the water and reduce drag. It’s better than trimming up because when you trim the steering nozzle up, yes you are getting the bow out the water but by bending the flow or water coming out of the exit nozzle, you actually lose thrust
Lots of thin walls on that part. And the fact it’s aluminum adds to that fact. I’d love to see that too
Maybe that should be YOUR niche 3:54
When I first stared cnc didn’t understand and edge finder nor indicator I’ve learned so much it’s great (only with super vision drilled holes on a Bridgeport too) no manual experience
Thanks guys for so such incredible quality machines and your performances skills is awesome a hug from Cuba ❤
Glad to see made in America!
a company in Colorado does the same thing. actually managed an automation shop right across the street from them
Again, get in touch with Ariel Corporation in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Massive machine shops.
You guys killed it. Awesome
Oh i love me a sumsham omg. 15"/min love it. Love running them
Check out Bantam Tools in Peekskill NY
Just not a fan of Siemens controls. We have everything from Fanuc to AB to cheap Direct Logix stuff. Love the concept of affordable machines which allow more guys to go out on their own. Would love to hear why they landed on the Siemens control to hang their hat on?
3:41 broooooo
just fucking that shit good. nothing says quality like lop sided chamfers....
lol my first thought was i cant believe they dont have a drill press for this
@@Projectpat0589 id imagine taking a lathe center and smashing it with a large hammer would make for a nicer chamfer lol
love from INDIA kolar kannda
could not find wheel spacers OR wheel nuts or bolts for my Mercedes ML500, needed a radius seat which is apparently unheard of?
Your work is awesome.. like to wotk with you guys🔥
I see you guys have 3D printed jaws for milling is that mostly finishing work and if not have you ever printed jaws for hogging I recently printed a fixture to hold the od of a round plastic insert (nylon) for over molding (prototype) molded plastic in production worked but very inefficiently (one at a time slow cuts) low quantity
With all the aluminum chips they make do they also dry and press them before selling them ?
Yes, we have a company that's comes by a few times a week and empties out the shrapnel bins
@@BoraOffroad i ment haveing a machine that does something like this to the chips before someone comes by and empty them

Wow. Spent all that money on a jeep. Proof you can succeed with severe brain damage.

I refuse to make wheel spacers. Makes your truck look dumb.
Good thing you don't have to purchase them
Wheelspacers in 2024... meh!
They'll be on the majority of the trucks at SEMA :)
