At age 19 after a lifetime of Christian education I read Iain Murray's "Forgotten Spurgeon". No Christian book up till then, and none since, and I'm now 75, impacted my theology or my life more that this book. I have given it to many people, young pastors especially; it's at the top of the list of my "Desert Island Christian books..."
Two excellent recommendations. Amen

I agree. I’ve yet to read a Banner book that I haven’t liked or found helpful.
