There's so much that goes into shooting beyond just the general transferring of body weight, keeping the top hand away from your body, and whipping that wrist like a towel. If you practice knowing only these points, you may or may not be able to shoot depending on how much you luck out on with all the other things that go into a shot. Thank you for showing the little details with actual video footage.
got the course. 100% reccomend. Jason's completely transformed my game. Little tip with the membership: do downhill skating FIRST. I started slingshot shooting first and got really messed up. Thank me later aha. Thanks Jason!
As always, another _terrific_ and _thought-provoking_ video, Jason! If we want to use anatomical terms, is it fair to say only the top hand is in a state of flexion, whereas the bottom hand is actually in a state of *EXTENSION* ( just as we see in Federer's racquet lag)? 🤔 Your thoughts, please, and have an awesome day! 🍻

Note Kucherov is also loading his right foot
Can you do a "How to Shoot like Steven Stamkos" video?
Him and Matthews shoot similarly. Either way, 95% of the best shooters shoot the same. -Mason
Why is there a tennis player taking up half the screen.?
Rotational sport, footwork must be in place, highlighting similarities.
