RUclips is one of the well known online video streaming services used by millions of users to watch different types of videos. If you are a RUclips user, you can make changes to the channels you have subscribed, you can change it to private or public. Here is a step by step guide which you can follow to change your RUclips subscription privacy settings.
But before you go for it remember, by default, all settings are set to private.
Private: If you set your subscriptions to private, no other users can see what channels you subscribe to. Your account does not show in a channel's Subscribers List, even if you are subscribed.
Public: If you set your subscriptions to the public, other users can see what channels you subscribe to. Your subscriptions are listed on your channel page, and your account is listed in the Subscribers List for any channel you subscribe to.
How to make your channel subscriptions public or private
Follow the below-given steps to make your channel subscriptions public or private.
Step 1: First you need to Sign in to RUclips.
Step 2: Next in the top right, click your Profile picture.
Step 3: From the given options click Settings.
Step 4: After that in the left menu, select Privacy.
Step 5: Under Likes and subscriptions, check or uncheck the box for Keep all my subscriptions private.
Step 6: After making changes click Save.
How to hide your subscriber count
After you hide your count, it won't be publicly visible to others on RUclips. You can still see your subscriber count from RUclips Studio. Follow the below-given steps to hide your subscriber count.
Step 1: First you need to sign in to your Google account.
Step 2: Next go to RUclips Studio.
Step 3: After that click Settings, from the given option tap Channel and then tap Advanced Settings.
Step 4: Under Subscriber count, uncheck Display the number of people subscribed to my channel.
Step 5: After making changes click Save.
