Why do I always feel healthier after simply watching one of Sadia's videos? I think it's all the beautiful shots of all that healthy colourful food. Yum 😋 It inspires me to try harder to eat healthily.
First of all, I appreciate how your talk about your sponsor at the end, because I wanna see YOUR content first over anything else :) And that’s mainly because SECONDLY your content is always sooo lovely. Now that you showed us the BTS, it’s even more enjoyable to watch your videos.
Yeah they are common in Europe. They're literally called "pointy peppers" because they're so long and thin. They're much sweeter than regular bell peppers!
Wow! I just made the African peanut soup and it is one of the tastiest things I have ever eaten in my life! Thank you Sadia for the treasurable recipe. 🧚🏼♀️
Peanut butter, banana and coconut milk is what I put on my oatmeal sometimes, so the combo seems natural to me! Can't wait to try, thanks for the recipes.
Stadia, I’ve been sick for over a week and not able to eat much so I figured a comforting, healthy homemade soup would be just the thing. I made the Harvest Squash Soup. I had to substitute Mexican squash for the butternut and oat milk + coconut oil for the coconut milk but it still turned out great! I’m eating it slowly, spoonful by spoonful, but I’m like a wilted plant come back to life after a watering. Thank you so much for the recipes. ❤️ Edit -> I’m cured! I feel much better and haven’t had to take any theraflu since I made this soup. So grateful ❤️
Thank you so mich for the hearty soups. Will definitely give them a try. One thing I like about your channel is the fact that you use a variety of vegetables in your recipes which is so healthy. Love it.
Sadia, you really put me a cookbook together? How wonderfull, awesome, crazy, exciting is that! My best x-mas present just came true!! Thank you so much for your efforts and wishing and all your loved ones awesome Holidays and the best for the year to come!
Your voice is so therapeutic!! 🥰🥰 Love the recipes! Especially the borscht. It was so hard to find vegan or vegetarian borscht during my stay in Russia. Love from India ❤️❤️❤️
there is a different way we make peanut soup here in Africa. It is actually called peanut sauce. Ground raw peanuts, onion and tomatoes in a pan and boil on medium low until the oil comes on top. season with salt to taste. We serve it with steamed green bananas, sweet potatoes and others
Made the green pea soup.. it was just perfection! Comfort at its best. I just held onto my soup bowl even after licking the last bit of soup. That good!
I love the fact that you care about the quality of your work. Thank you so much for releasing your e-book. As a college student, this is an essential for me! Good luck with your journey
I visited the Pick up Limes website for the 1st time today and was amazed! I follow you on RUclips for a couple of years love your videos and at your website i can really see the love and care for what you do I really appricated the small details like searching options and all the options when to print the recipe. I just wanted to print out a recipe and now I feel inspired by seeing the work of somoene who loves so much what they do that they fix the smallest things that gave me a a motivation boost. Will definitaly make your website my go to when i dont know what to cook. Great job :) thanks for doing the little extra i trully felt the difference from any other recipe site i visit :) !!
I hope one day you release a physical copy of a cookbook. I would totally buy it. I know ebooks are suppose to be much easier and stuff but for me while I’m cooking I prefer glancing back and forth into a book 📖
I really love how everything looks... Even your ladles, boards... Just everything. I'm no vegan but your videos are really enjoyable to watch, and your voice is very soothing. And not to even start on the actual recipes... Banana and sweet potatoes.. I am going to try it right now. Thanks Sadia for an awesome video... As per usual! .
I just started watching your videos and I am so excited and impressed at the quality of your videos and the beauty of the food! The food looks like ART but is also nourishing which is great!!!!! This channel is so nice because it promotes healthy eating. It’s so refreshing because everywhere we look, only fast food is being represented. I also love the aesthetic of having plants and the color scheme of the kitchen. You have a new subscriber!!!
I am absolutely in love with the garden green pea soup.. green is my favourite colour. Green soup and green Sadia..both my favourite.. although edamame is not very popular here, I am gonna learn some creativity from Sadia and replace it with some other protein source 💓
After coming home last night, I turned on my PC and straight away bought your E-cookbook! Totally easy to buy, and you have straight after access to the download! There are 4(!) versions, and yes you can have them all ;) One for your phone, one for your tablet, one to print, if you really need it, and one for your desktop computer. And yes it is just as awesome as we are used to by Sadias work! High standard guaranteed that way. Eternal love for so much addiction! Robin, thank you, you are the power that cares that Sadia can do so much ;) Sadia, thanks for this awesome seasongift!
Oh my Goodness! My partner and I just made the African Peanut Soup and it is AMAZING! It is really a warm cosy hug after a hard workout at the gym. Thanks Sadia! ❤
You inspired me in decorating my kitchen with plants and encourage me to eat vegan food. It's so good to know the fact that my digestion also needs vegan food because I'm suffering from peptic ulcer.
Hi, Sadia! Always love to watch your videos but this time you made me sooo happy. I felt like you came to my homeland and cooked our traditional national dish - borscht - just in your kitchen. We say in Ukraine that every single woman cooks borscht her own way. And that's true. The choice of extra ingredients and especially additions are really endless: garlic buns, or rye bread with various types of spread, or mushroom stuffed ravioli (we call them 'vushka" which means little ears, because of the shape). Thanks again for warm feelings :)
I hope you know that besides your vegan food videos your inspirational videos helped me alot. Just watched those videos these days and it helped me alot. Thank you !
Anything to be Indian just needs an Indian heart. N india originates frm the word hindu which relates to the word sindhu in sanskrit. Indirectly d name relates to Bharat which India. (btw do not carry so much of hatred around)
@JZ AK the original commenter literally only said that the recipe is similar to Indian cuisine, what is your problem, who hurt you? Man, or woman idk, but, Jesus, chill.
Thats d thing im saying.. Bro its just a soup which is made in almost every indian home. There's no criticism here. I was jst excited to see her make it wid so much of love n dedication.
I just want to say I made the Garden green pea soup and it was absolutely delicious! My mom loved it too. It goes so well with a piece of toast that’s coated in olive oil and Italian seasoning. I cannot wait to try the African peanut soup! Thank you so much for the recipes! ❤️
I eat soup all year long. In the summer, lighter fare with fresh veg, noodles, etc. but in winter/fall there is nothing better than a container of homemade soup in the fridge, for busy days or when I'm feeling under the weather. No fussing at the stove, a simple salad and maybe some bread...a good bowl of comfort goes a long way. Thank you for this video and recipes!
Only recently found your channel but I love it. I’m new to eating vegan and I’m loving the change. All your tips are so helpful and make it fun/easy to make the switch. The recipes are amazing, not just the soups. Straight to the point and genuine information. Thank you 😊 🇦🇺
Thank you so much, Sadia! I will make all of those five soups! Love, love, love your work! I also used to live in the Netherlands. We now live in Burnaby, BC. You are such an inspiration!
The beetroot is pure love: taste, the color and nutritional benefits. I went for the Borscht soup recipe and thank you a bunch, it was a great update for conventional recipe I had by far ❤️
So excited to see another soup video this year! My mother in law and I made each soup last year multiple times last year. If you’re looking to reduce your waste I use the brand silpat silicon baking sheets instead of parchment paper. It was a recent swap I’ve made in my household and I love them!
I bought your recommended hand blender through your amazon shop link and OMG the best purchase i ever made! Thank you so much Sadia. I will definitely be making more soups without hassle of washing the big blenders! Thank you thank you and more thank you again!! BTW love your soup recipes.
I'm recently trying to eat more plant based meals and I really appreciate how your recipes are so beginner friendly, nothing is outlandish or bizarre, and I'm a pretty picky eater so it's really helpful to not feel like I'm basically just eating normal food still
Amazing as always! I can’t wait to try them all 💕. One thing I really love about your recipe is that you dare unusual combinations and that you make large use of spices and herbs 🌿...thanks!
How have I only discovered your channel now? You are so beautiful and your energy so calming and soothing. I love your recipes and your videos. Love from South Africa ❤️
I've recently got into making soups so this comes at the right time! I've already made an amazing and simple tomato soup and a 'soljanka', which is one of my favorite soups/stews ever. I'ts onions, garlic, canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, carrots and sausage..but since I veganised it I used smoked tofu instead. It was amazing and super simple as well. And you can add a lot of different veggies to it since its such a basic soup!

Just what I needed Sadia, thank you! 😊I’ve got a cold from the bad weather in the UK so this should make me feel much better ❄️
Luv u Sadia💚 Thank u

I love this! Could you please make Vegan Ramen recipe next?
Soups are the salads of winter

GAZZZ!!!!!
I LOVE how much thought and effort you put into the decoration when presenting us with these hearty dishes 😍 I will always like before I watch ♥️
Am I the only one who's like "whoa those are some LOONG bell peppers!" ?? Lol
Oh yea, same
Not sure it's called bell pepper, at least in my language they have a different name. They're sweeter than bell peppers and go really well in salads.
Yeah they are common in Europe. They're literally called "pointy peppers" because they're so long and thin. They're much sweeter than regular bell peppers!
@@nervengewitter In Norway they're called snack peppers!
We call them Kapia peppers.
Wow! I just made the African peanut soup and it is one of the tastiest things I have ever eaten in my life! Thank you Sadia for the treasurable recipe. 🧚🏼♀️
Yummmm it looks so good
What i love about her recipes is that there isn’t those crazy processed “vegan” alternatives, this is purely real genuine plant based food!
My daughters loved your video, they said you have a nice big kitchen full of nature :) (they are 8 and 6). They also said you have nice recipes.
Here with my popcorn excited to see what you’re making today!!!!!!! 🍿
her videos are aesthethicly pleasing
I love how, especially the first 2 soups, are so budget friendly as well! I, as a student, love to have soups for lunch, because it's so inexpensive!!
I love soups. These vegan options are of superior class. Amazing how we can unlearn decades of bad eating and renew our palates.
Thank you so much for not only making videos but also making blog posts with the recipes!
Peanut butter, banana and coconut milk is what I put on my oatmeal sometimes, so the combo seems natural to me! Can't wait to try, thanks for the recipes.
Sounds great! Must try!
That African peanut soup is so good! How!??!?!??
