What will your 10 Year Memory be for 2024????
Here’s@missangelarose’s that she shared with me today. 🏡 That FIRST step is always the hardest BUT in time and after some repetition, those once difficult processes become easier and less stressful as time goes on. When @missangelarose showed me this memory from 10 years ago, it was cool to hear her reflect on how big of a decision buying her first house was at that time, and how much that house, in turn, has helped grow our family’s security, income and future wealth as the years go on! The big decision that she made years back ended up becoming the first home that we took the leap on in having it become a rental vs selling it. Ever since then we’ve kept each property we’ve purchased, except for one, and hope to hold onto them all for the long haul while Real Estate does what it does best over time.
No, this strategy definitely isn’t a get rich quick thing, and honestly it’s not stress or cost free either but it is worth it and will produce compounding returns over time. While not a fast result, this is a fairly bulletproof approach to long term wealth building while being relatively low risk assuming you pick good, solid properties each time as best as possible.
