La pinsa è nata a Roma pochi anni fa ed è una invenzione del produttore del mix di farine per la pinsa di Marco. La storia dell'origine romana è una balla marketing. I Romano così come tutti i popoli del bacino mediterraneo avevano vari tipi di focacce e pani piatti che poi in Italia nel medio evo si sono evoluti nel concetto di pizza a Napoli e altrove, ma la pinsa non è antica😅 comunque è buonissima al di là delle trovate marketing
Finalmente una pizzeria che mi piace come lavorano preparando le pizze di tutti i gusti messi in frigo metodo molto veloce e senza stress la sera perché devi solo cuocere per 5 Min massimo perfetto così che il cliente non aspetta nulla super

Unfortunately Pinsa Romana it is not an ancient Roman thing, the "creator" once mislead a journalist to believe that and never corrected him, what a master Mind. It was created on the back of Pizza al Taglio Romana (that's why the extremely similar way of creating the dough at high hydrations) in 2011 by De Marco if i am remembering correctly the name, who actually produces the most famous and popular flour mix to produce this great product: the De Marco. A little online search would clear everything out. Pity for @romafood, which I follow and love as a fellow Roman from Rome that lives abroad, for the not fully correct info!
