- Welcome to my SUPER DUPER edition of Restoration Roulette! In this show I have to fully restore a classic car and get it sold, there's a catch..... I don't know what car it's going to be and I've only get 2 months to do it with a budget of £20k! Can it be done?

i can watch bodywork and prep all day long, video was not long enough. Some good tips there too. you must be some sort of magician!

Bit of jam in it !!! I use the tape method but I also draw the lines on in pencil tape to the line and wipe over with dry guide coat that way you have a better indicator on how close the shape is

@@ODDAutos new panels he says, only new panel is the passenger door ;) the rest is fibre glass new panels. Even got a fibre glass boot now to counteract the weight I put on over the winter 😅😂

It seems Keith missed an opportunity whilst towing you and the jig (I could vision the crazy left turns whilst making a coffee in the Sooty Mobile).

Was only thinking about the next episode yesterday now, and jump om my PC at 2:00 am and there it was waiting for me to enjoy. Just shows you how important this stage is and just how much work goes in to it. How many Man hours has Kieth Put inn to the filling and sanding back to this point?

Nice one fella's, another enjoyable episode. Have you tried the 3m clean and strip discs, or the roloc bristle discs for paint removal? Both pretty good at the correct speed. Just watch your eye balls with them.

Hiya Ash, they are https automotech ramps buddy. The one where we are doing the bodywork is a 3 tonne with air locks and built in ramps to drive up. The one up top in the fabrication workshop is a 3.5T low to the ground one with hydraulic safety locks. Have a look at the older mk2 vids to see the body one up 👍

Hiya Big Keg, it’s an ST focus. Still got the 5 cylinder turbo engine same as the RS. The engines going in my mk2 escort after this mk1 is finished 👍

Why not just put a magnum bubble arched pannel, no filler and not future potential sincage issues?
