I know this is a 2 year old comment, but you're right, and I think the humans know that and they get close to the monkeys on purpose, so they can record and post videos like this.
In their troop they have a heirarchy , like pecking order. The male eats first then mommas eat & the babies are last. But , mom feeds them.

There is a hierarchy system in these troops but the humans genuinely don't help that, they tend to feed babies before the adults and that ends in the babies getting ripped apart or harmed more! Just put cameras on a tree and leave them if u wanna look at how they act in the wild. I'm sure people can just walk in to this place it's not helpful to the monkeys, but these channels want drama 🙄

These animals eat 23 out of 24 hours. There even chowing down during birth and sex. Unreal. What a life they have. The VOs love it! They can feed them ding dongs all day and get great content. For the amount of time the VOs spend with the monkeys they are family to them.

Popeye should have been watching her instead of feeding her face. She'd already climbed on Amaris back once and she didn't do anything. But when she kept on climbing on her it pissed her off that Popeye wasn't watching her baby and that's why she disciplined Polly. Amari was really sick then and couldn't tolerate much anyway. What I found funny was after she threw Polly in the water and Polly was heading straight back to her to cling to her and Amari said heck no that's when Popeye came running up and grabbed Polly but, Amari jumped at her like don't take her!! It’s incredible to see the monkeys actually foraging like they’re supposed to do, the rain keeping people from coming out to that place to record and feed the monkeys. So many adaptations these monkeys have made because of this problem. Very sad.

Very sad? That they have to survive like they're SUPPOSED TO?!? It rains there for months, during the wet season. Adaptation is WHY these animals have survived. There's nothing "sad" about them being actual wild monkeys. Instead of these semi-wild temple macaques that get hand fed food that is bad for them, all day long. Yes, a diet of nothing but fruit like bananas and mangos is actually BAD for monkeys. Fruit is supposed to be a treat, that they find occasionally during foraging. Eating it for every meal is like giving them nothing but cake and pastries! It's why so many of them are obese. That's not even counting the ACTUAL sweets like honeybuns and vanilla cake that I see them get fed by VOs and tourists, all the time.

TheseMonkey babies never seem to reach Ault age, they seem to die young! Alot of people with cameras get these pictures of moms and babies.look all females with babies,too. They love there babies. Some collect the babies for profit which is sad,. Cause they neglect or abuse them or once grown out of small size they put them back into wild or they die before then, neglect, ect.

They have killed the monkeys for views. They often poisoned the birthing mothers for the newborn would quickly bee orphaned. They'd chase infants into the street to be hit. They would kidnap infants and put them in the middle of busy sidewalks, crying for their mothers, claiming they were abandoned. They Monkeys would "vanish" and the VO's would have stories of how they saw them ripped apart by wild dogs or something but strangely, they saw it but didn't get a single video.
Look up Cambodia monkeys/Amari troop abused/disrespected for videos and you'll see where VO's will taunt, throw things at the monkeys, jab them with sticks and tease them with food. There have been videos of VO's *kicking* babies and claiming they didn't.
I mention all this because many mother's have the milk but the VO's simply edit videos to make it look otherwise. One guy kidnapped (at the time) a baby, stuck her in a bag, hung her on a tree on a well used path then pretended to "discover" her there. He pretended poachers did it and he was saving her. Arroz Marisco was the one to point out the details of *how* she was saved. He also mentioned that there was no ways of knowing that it was a monkey, let alone, that particular monkey, in the bag(one she could have suffocated in).
These monkeys were doing well before the VO's. Even when tourists were feeding them, they still did a lot of foraging and healthy climbing and playing. Sorry if this was long winded. I spent years watching them videos and before some VO's became cruel for profit, they were loads of fun.
