Both starting pitchers were outstanding! The Dodgers needed this win! Clayton Kershaw is the ace of the Dodgers in my opinion. Some people believe it is either Buehler or Urias but where are they? Great game! Go Dodgers!

It's good that the Dodgers' bullpen didn't get beat up
We are blessed to be alive to witness Clayto Kersha a Grand Master pitcher who has reinvented himself since he no longer has his 97 MPH fastball. He hasn't thrown 97 mph in probably five seasons yet somehow the dude still has 206 wins and has yet to lose 100 games I think lifetime something like 206 and 88. Most every game watching Clayton is like watching Van Gogh or Michelangelo create a masterpiece. Have to give the Dodgers Outfield shortstop to catcher relay major props Will Smith with a great swipe tag he's becoming a better and better defensive catcher and he's already one of the best catchers in baseball just based on his first 400 games offensively the Dodgers Bullpen got it done tonight if you told me the Dodgers would shut out a very hot hitting Angel team twice in two nights I would have told her you were crazy but you know what the Dodgers needed it and at the right time we got it now if the Dodgers can just somehow get healthy

Angels pitching gave up 2 runs, it might not have been the best timing but they came and pitched well enough to get a win, the angels not being able to score a single run in 9 innings means this loss was the offense’s fault, then again they were facing Kershaw, if we were going to lose to the dodgers it was going to be this game

@Surfy- Shohei was exactly himself if you know his all time record against Kershaw lol. Shohei is an amazing player and THE best in the game but saying he wasn’t himself tonight is a bit funny when Kershaw has dominated him his whole career.
Never forget Kershaw said it was a "waste of time" meeting with Ohtani before he came to an MLB team. Ohtani should NEVER play for the Dodgers.

I don't understand. Bottom of the 7 no outs runners on scoring position. Squeeze bunt, pinch hitter, hit and run it's so many options and the Angels chose just hit as hard as they can.
Detmers definitely got the hard luck loss here, but he went home with a proud heart pitching so well against his Hero! Speaking of Kersh, where would this year's Dodgers club be without this guy, if you listen closely, you can hear Tommy clapping & whistling!! 💪💙👍

That overturned call was definitely inconclusive at least from what I saw on the Jumbotron and that changed the whole momentum of the game, which led to a Dodgers win. I know the Angels didn’t hit well last night but that last pitch to Trout was clearly outside of the box.
I mean, it barely clipped the strike zone. It could have gone either way. I was hoping for a walk though.

Rangers are gonna be very hard to beat next year with Kershaw in their rotation. He seems to be back to being a true ace. It would be really sad if he won a World Series with the Rangers. He has only been signing 1 year deals with the Dodger because he is waiting for the Rangers to get good before going home to finish his career. My guess is they get him on a 3 years 90 million deal

Or do you think scoring opportunities against Clayton Kershaw just appear, it was the right call risky but if he had stopped at third we would have been relying on a hit against kershaw not a sac fly or fielders choice to score the run
@@jeremygeller9145 tbh in that situation you are more likely to score on a hit off of Kershaw than you are by sending a runner who is in the 44th percentile 😅 if it was Acuna or Turner I would have no problem with the call because their speed actually puts pressure on the defenders to make strong and accurate throws but Drury? 😅
@@tobsixi6702 the angels had runners on second and third no outs later in the game, and couldn’t even get the ball in the air, maybe they get lucky with 3 hits in a row but I doubt it, and to be fair he was almost safe, this was a close play as opposed to kinda long odds

@@IVIVIVIVIVIVIVnah, that was a very unclear replay, when his face gets tagged, it looks like his hand is already touching the plate. Replays are only supposed to overturn if there is no doubt the call on the field was wrong.

If it's inconclusive u can't overturn it. That's a bad call. I'm not a fan of either team. There's no clear shot u have to stick with the safe call. That's another case of the big money making team getting calls they don't need like how Yankees pitchers get to wash their hands and everyone else gets thrown out. It's ridiculous the bias around the league from UMPIRES

이번에도 그때와 마찬가지로 타선이 그를 돕지 못했다.
드루리와 랜프로는 각각 2안타를 기록, 7회에 노아웃 2,3루의 기회를 만들며 자신의 역할을 다 하였으나,
저 두 사람을 제외한 나머지 타자들 7명 전원이 6회에 싱글 단 1개를 기록하는 처참한 모습을 보였다.
노아웃 2,3루에서 희생플라이 조차 치지 못하다니 정말 한심하다.
케빈 파들로를 1루수로 기용한 것도 이해하기 어려운 부분이다.
저런 선수는 후반에 결원이 발생했을때 불안하지만 어쩔수 없이 수비로 써야하는 선수.
이번 시즌 부진한 윌시를 기용하고 싶지 않았다면 타이스를 1루에 기용하는 방법도 있었다.
타이스는 왼손타자이기는 하지만, 통산 1할 선수를 기용하는것 보다는 몇배는 나은 선택이였을것.
이렇게 기용했어도 왼손 타자 2명에 오른손 타자 7명이였다.
