Does the total of the frequency reflect the same number of the data set?

1:19 the colour blue frequency is 25 you have to divide 25 by the total numbers of the frequency and then if you calculate this 25÷216=0.1157 you have to multiply 0.1157 with 100 as the percentage is 100. So 0.1157×100 = 11.57 and that's the related frequency or cumulative frequency of blue colour frequency.
