If you watch the hands you can follow; L opens up more and the pinky comes off since it's rocking straight 8s while the R is throwing diddles with a much tighter fulcrum. Start with triplet accents move to flam accents then try to diddle the first particle then turn it into a cheese and then to cheese accents and from there you can get flam fives
