Mr Ndhlela uses big words that sound impressive but what's is he actually saying is the solution and HOW would they fix it? Just playing the poor victim with a mess left by his leader.
He did give solutions, ... you need to understand the economics of the ICT sector,..The most radical last mile deployment took place in the last 5 years, the whole TELKOM and BBI sitting as bystanders... SITA must play its strategic role as a leader in ICT infrastructure planning...I hope this will help ..also Google , DFA, REMGRO GROUP ...to improve your contribution.....
