These pedals are really interesting but my feeling is that they really only flourish to the degree of 'magical & musical' when in the hands of a very minor and select few, otherwise from the perspective of a singer, they're just the latest in a bunch of boxes that make vaguely interesting noises. Rabea is indeed one such being who just has magic in his soul. It's not just his playing but also his rare and uncanny understanding of tone and it's application that makes for some of the most heavenly music you'll hear anywhere. Everything this brother plays is so lyrical, ironically it defies words. The real magic comes when you meet him, the most unassuming, humble yet confident, kind soul you'd ever wish to encounter. -Seal
Try the Cloudburst with the Ensemble setting on and the tone turned down to something kinda dark and put a separate reverb pedal after it to smear it a little. It sounds so good.
The Strymon Ojai is a brilliant, clean power supply which handles five power thirsty pedals without any issues (I currently run Strymon big boxes, UAFX and Chase Bliss CXM all on the same five "slots") it's not particularly compact is the only downside but functionally it's perfect.
Could listen to these tunes all the time. Looking forward to hearing Vower. Loved the new EP from The Totemist! Nomads was stellar. Keep the tunes coming sir!
DESS equipment (french based company) makes great power supplies with up to 850mA on several outputs. It's quite expensive but it's a one guy business, when you order you'll have to wait 6-8 weeks to get your gear. He also has a custom shop for pedalboards, supply and switching systems. I'm not endorsed by him, just a happy customer :) also, thanks for the vid Rabea, so nice to watch and listen, as usual !
Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 3 looks like it has 10x500mA at 9V, 1x500mA at 12/9V, and 1x200mA at 12/9V. Also, if you have enough spare outputs on the power supply that you already own, they make a current doubler adapter (part #PPAP) that’ll combine 2 outs into one for double the mA.
Hey Bea! The Strymon Zuma would handle all of these pedals with ease. I am surprised you aren't using a Zuma/Ojai combo already. Zuma has 9 500mA outputs and seems to be the best on the market from my experiences. They make the unit so that ground loops are not possible. I swapped from a TrueTone Power Supply and can hear a difference, which surprised me because my rig was already quiet. Another win for Strymon!
Hey rabea! Awesome stuff. On the preamp, the bass/treble/mids are not being affected when they are in the middle, so your setting is cutting lots of treble and mids btw. Just an fyi!

How do you handle your tone shaping in the context of songwriting? Do you typically write stuff and dial things in after the fact or write your songs kinda based off the tones you cook up?
In the off chance you haven't heard of these, but you can get current doubler cables and use two of the jacks on your power supply to feed a power-hungry pedal. In the US, I can get the cables for about $5 from Gator or Voodoo Lab, via Sweetwater. So, you can use two 9V 500mA jacks with a doubler cable to power something like the Friedman IR-X, which takes 9V and 800mA (minimum). The doubler cable (as far as I understand it) will allow your pedal to pull more mA, but not double the volts (so, a 250mA power supply would yield 500mA, but still run at a safe 9V). Anyway, if I've messed that up, I am sure someone will correct me.

You gotta try this with a 3 amp wet/dry/wet. I use a volume pedal and the front of my stereo amps so I can a straight, mono clean/crunch/high gain amp and then swell in the ambience and it’s absurdly awesome sounding.
