Sandy, the letters are GORGEOUS. Thank you so much for your calming presence and leadership to follow one's own he/art.

    1. I love watching you draw, paint, Bible journal, make cards, etc! 2. I am an avid reader; books only, no electronic devices. So, your "L" is awesome in my eyes. 3. All of the letters you displayed are fabulous and I'd be thrilled to own a book of them, or however you decide to market them. Several members of my family love the coloring craze. I just dabble, but I'd enjoy coloring your letters. I'm a card-maker (but definitely not in your league), not an "artist", but I'm thinking of taking one of your classes just to watch you work, especially projects like this video. I wish I had half your imagination. 😉

I really like the static look in the alphabet drawing!

I purchased both courses years ago but never made the time to actually go through them. I am looking forward to doing them with you. And thank you for all your encouragement! I'm looking forward to growing my nascent drawing skills.

I like that 'static' letter "F" but then I do tend to gravitate towards the Zentangle grid tangles. Mind you I loved seeing all the slightly different letters in the more flowy non outlined style. Good to have a mix so I reckon the "F" can stay as it is even if it's not in the same style as the more floral loose ones. All of what you said about keeping on learning is so true - & if we don't keep our hand in with things we've learnt we lose that 'edge' that we once had. I think of that saying "Use it or lose it."

I'm enjoying listening to your voiceover stories and thoughts while you create your visually pleasing drawings (maybe not so much the lengthy sales pitches, but I understand that you want to also use these videos to generate class sales). Looking forward to seeing more of your original art making in various media!

The pitches won’t be in everything. But yes the bank is overdrawn and I’m panicking a tidge😬

I find the loose-edged letters much more elegant and interesting than the static-edged ones. Of course, if I ONLY saw the static-edged ones, I would find them lovely, as well. Not a bad drawing here!

Hi Sandy, Love the letters. I think having a variety of styles is a good thing so everyone can find something they like. I would love to have a book for either copics or watercolor. I hope you can find a method that will work.

Yup I hope I can figure it out too. Unfortunately there's probably a reason no one does it. There are watercolor books but the paper is terrible, and we know how awful coloring book paper is :(

First, wanted you to know I had a bit of a problem getting to this video from my email link. In two places I was sent to Amazon to the pen you are probably using. The other click for youtube said the video was not available. Finally searched your videos on youtube and found it. Next I just love the letters! I was thinking as you were drawing the "L" that it would be perfect to give to a library! Great minds think alike, eh?? Can't say I like one style more that the other. They are all great. I think a coloring book with them all would be great, and maybe make inividual ones available also. Thanks for all you do to inspire us!

Do you have a demo how to use dip pens for the first time? Your drawings are wonderful. You make it look so easy.

"Have you seen "Vinh Giang"ask her ..do you see her still? Hmm,
In a class's I did a speech and I forgot a point, so I added it in (saying what had happened) and a fellow student was negative critical of me but the instructor said no what I did was perfectly acceptable 🎉❤😂

Out of curiosity, which fountain pen ink and nib size are you using?
Although I’m brand new to watercolours (just bought new paints, palette & brushes etc. in December), I’ve been writing with fountain pens for ages. I’m not someone who writes with black, so last year when I decided that I wanted to learn how to draw/doodle with fountain pens, I bought a Pilot CH92, since I decided to put Platinum Carbon Black in it. After drawing with it, I wish I had been able to get an EF or a F nib, however only a Medium was available, which I find quite thick to draw with. Thanks!

I love TWSBI's Eco pens - they come in several nibs 👍🏼

Sandy inspired me to sit and draw books with her. I had to hunt down the one and only fountain pen I own and then realized I needed to clean it up before starting. I am looking forward to the watercolor next week which is my favorite. I had to slow her way down from my settings so her voice was pretty funny. Hope you love your new watercolor adventure as much as I have.
