Lyrics
My old pal looks shaky with a cigarette in his hand
Salt and pepper sprinkled on his face and on his head
Looks like he might start crying, is it just something that I said?
Let’s take a walk around the block
This fleeting feeling is infinite
Around here we’ve been wondering what tomorrow’s going to sing
On the final field recording from the loud Anthropocene
I’ve seen the sparkle of the diamonds on the watch of the emcee
It’s not keeping time, just shining
It’s not the first time you said, one and done
And oh my god
And oh my god
Stood in your prom dress all covered in blood
What you sacrificed will never be enough
This whole town looks empty but we knew it wouldn’t last
Behind bulletproof windows they’re still wiring the cash
Whatever they could scrape up, whatever that they had
There’s a lot of mouths to feed through this famine
This room seems even smaller now than I remember it
Hung mirrors on the walls and the ceiling
There’s no disguising it
There’s no denying it
This little box fits everything there is
It’s not the first dance you said, one and done
And oh my god
Baby oh my god
Came to the wedding you were looking rough
Watch the masochists all celebrating love
Come up!
Come up!

Ello from the Philippines!
Pretty sure if you put Mr. Obersts voice through a boss dd-7... Gunna have a good time. Radiohead did a bit of experimentation on 'kid-A' with it. Its a guitar distortion pedal. But the best experimentation you can do... Is with aliens. Lol Nah just kidding. The best experimentation is with the wiered ass 432 tuning. Alot of its bunk but if you go by the MIT standards and a chromatic tuner app, preferably android. Oh shit. It really changes the mood. Its very strange. A is since ancient times 108. Something hertz. 108.2... Then you go from there. But you can't use a les Paul guitar. Humbuckers take the fun out of it.. You direct wire a standard issue fender strat single coil or hoter beefier single coil to a spring reverb amp. Preferably not electronic but the old Russian tubes.. Then strike a chord. They'll feel that shit a block away...
The coil has to be in the middle of the guitar. So lookin at this aerodyne strat, the neck pickup. So its in the middle of the string, reads the correct frequency, like a scanner. Or close enough. No need for fancy pants effects. Wire the pickup, solder it directly to the jack. If the pickup is out of place, it creates distortion. But if you want resonance and a wee bit of amperagе, (сила тока) force.. You tone down the amp a bit but let the guitar run raw. And that's not even mentioning the acoustic guitar, acoustic with a pickup, ran the same way, and also drop D and various fun and specific alternate tunings, but in a slightly lower frequency...
pages.mtu.edu/~suits/notefreq432.html
The most accurate and simple printout on it. Mtu not MIT. My bad... The e string will be too high, so go with a step down at about e4 @ 323.63..
first E will be 80.91 hz
Second e would be 647.27 hz but that usually breaks the string, so just go with E4 at 323.63 hz and its like a drop E tunning. Sounds pretty good and its like a loop... Or circle. When you strum the guitar. Sure enough. 🤓🤗
A pickup is basically mini passive alternator, so people get bored with the humbuckers. They might spend a couple grand on a les Paul
Its built like a tank but it doesn't hum. That's why they call them "hum buckers" but really its alot funner, to play around with the hum, the frequencies, and things like that. Why not have some fun with it instead of tuning guitars like the Nazis and their beloved 440 tuning... There's something to that, if you pay attention.
Yo some of that French isn’t translated correctly 😯.. for example- “came to the wedding you were lookin rough” - the French says “came to the wedding you were searching for so much”
