Within these behind-the-scenes interviews, Jackson fanned out over NHL icon Wayne Gretzky, who played himself in a cameo for the 1994 sequel. 'Daredevil's Elden Henson shared a glimpse of what it's like to attend school on a movie set.

I grew up in Minnesota so these movies have always had a special place in my heart. I watch them almost every winter to bring me back to my childhood.

I still have the original VHS of the movie. So it's really cool to see BTS footage of the actors communicating with people off camera, and what they do during their free time and what they study in school. It's just really interesting.

This film got me LOVING hockey.. I live in Louisiana so there’s no ice here, closest thing was in-line and I was great at it.. I miss plying so much! I don’t think they know what an impact this film and the first one has done for kids.. especially kids in trouble like I was. Hockey did nothing but help me become a better person.

Joshua Jackson as a little kid doing the mighty ducks movies before he did dawsons creek.
He didn't want to do D3 because he was getting tired of doing kids movies, but he didn't have a choice due to him being strictly under contract from Disney. That's one of the explanations behind his negative attitude with everyone in D3. That's how he was really feeling about the whole deal.
fond memories of D2. I saw that as a double feature at a Drive-in with The Lion King in 1994. Love it.

i remember watching the first mighty duck movie, in the theatre with my parents and afterwards, going to my local sports store, bought my first hockey stick and roller hockey ball, and wore that stick down to nothing after a few months, and loved hockey ever since
