    And what about "I've lived here for 5 years" and "I've been living here for 5 years" then? We can't apply any of that effort/focus-stuff in here. And both of them are pretty common and used widely with a slight difference though

      Yeah, I had the same question once but then I found out that, sometimes, the two formal verbs mean the same, such as the case you described!

      you cant use every day forna sentence in present perfect.. every day belongs to present simple (a habit) you could say something easier: I watch your videos every day
      Present perfect continuous :
      I've been watching your videos for 5 days or since last week.

    Could we form the present perfect continuous tense sentence with the formation "It's been him four hours playing." Is this correct???🤔🤔🤔 ...
    If not...then how could we form the PPC sentence using it???

      Yes, the sentence is correct.
      It is present perfect continuous tense, (NOT past perfect continuous tense)
      No, you can't. It is better to use 'since'
