- LA County DA George Gascón is once again under scrutiny. This time, after he hired a public defender who helped with his campaign to a high-ranking prosecutor position in his administration.

Why follow the rules. He should be sued for his hatred toward victims he protects criminals and now Gascon has made sure criminals have 2 attorneys defending them the public defender and the district attorney both working together to defend criminals. That is a major conflict of the law.

Gascon is in charge of about 1,000 deputy DAs. Almost 900 of them support his recall! Of the deputy DAs Gascon has hired, many are from the public defender’s office. His political positions are clearly known, and that he is against stricter laws, law enforcement and tougher sentencing when justified and in line with state laws. The county and state will be safer when he is gone.
