My favorite from BDK is Tabac Rose. I only have a sample because it's one of the most expensive fragrances in the line, but it's a gorgeous dark rose scent, perfect for winter.

I tried Rouge Smoking, Wood Jasmine & Gris Charnel. Unfortunately, everyone told me how BAD I smelled wearing Wood Jasmine and Gris Charnel. Forget compliment getter... they were the exact opposite for me! I really loved Rouge Smoking though. Definitely addictive 😍
I totally agree that Rouge Smoking has a Dr. Pepper vibe. I haven’t heard anyone else mention it, but at first sniff it took me straight to Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper! I absolutely love it!
My faves from this line are Gris Charnel, Rouge Smoking & Tubereuse Imperiale ~ the last one is a stunning fresh but strong tuberose. BDK is fabulous. Great house.
Thanks you for your honest review of these! If you liked the Dr. Pepper vibe of Rouge Smoking, try Guerlain La Petite Robe Noir EdP (original) It’s an underrated cherry that always reminds me of Dr. Pepper too! 🍒 It also has moderate sillage & pretty good longevity
FINALLY! A reviewer that also linked Rouge Smoking to Dr. Pepper. That was exactly how I felt about it. Didn’t really peek my interest though. I purchased Creme de Cuir (and I am not a leather and suede fan, but this one got me) and I will also purchase Pas Ce Soir. Try them please would love to get your opinion. Btw love the lip. Killing it!
Gris Charnel is the one I bought and it has huge silage! Rouge Smoking is a skin scent on me too although it lasts well enough. I also like Pas Ce Soir.

Wood Jasmin is SO strong! I love Gris Charnel and Rouge Smoking, they are amazing! And, even though I do not have a full bottle yet, I really enjoy Sel d'Argent!

I love your honesty about scents, it’s nice to see a fragrance reviewer who is truly genuine. I liked the smell of both of these and had a sample of both and for me the rouge smoking was far too fleeting to justify a full bottle and wood jasmine I loved so I may pick up a FB in the future because like you said, it’s not beast mode but definitely lasted decently. I’ve tried all of BDK except for the tuberose one but the only one I was impressed with was Wood Jasmin, love the plum note!
Oh & I purchased Lorga Ambre off of your recommendation from one of your recent vids and wow!!! It’s stunning. I started with a sample and immediately bought a bottle the next day. So thank you turning me onto that. If I may suggest a perfume I recently discovered, rosendo mateu no 5, I think you’d really enjoy it. It’s very unique, long lasting and sensual. I started with a sample but I’m going to purchase a FB in the next day or so.

They have all lasted about 5 hours for me except the Tuberose which is more projecting. Bouquet completely disappears in 3 hours. When it comes to Tuberose nothing beats Rouge Malachite ❤️ Thanks lovely

Pas ce soir is amazing, it smells like powdery peach/apricot cream I couldn't afford a full bottle so I bought "her ambition" by Dua and it's an exact dupe!
I love rouge smoking but yes I do have to keep a decant in my purse to top off. Its more similar to armani cashmere, in my opinion, but rs is more softer and airier. I only have a decant of wood jasmine but I do want a full bottle. It's so unique to my collection.
Gurrrrrrrrl Lady!!! My favorite in Gris Charnel, Pas Ce Sior, Rouge Smoking, and Citrus Riviera in that order. I’ve smell the Bouquet and Tuberose one but the ok, a little too mature and not sophisticated enough for me. I blind bought all and I’m completely in love. Rough smoking has Hypnotic Poison vibes without the milky, creamy not. My favorite House 2021 is BDK 💞💞💞 But Karina!!!! YOU DEFINITELY NEED A FULL BOTTLE OF GRIS 😉

I own Nuit de Sable by BDK and I love the scent but unfortunately it disappears after an hour or two. I actually layer it with SJP's Stash which is a nice combo and it lasts a little longer. However this is a fragrance that I mainly wear at home in the evenings. I really enjoy your vids Karina :)
I totally agree with you on the BDK's!! Gris Charnel lasts forever on me- I love it! Nuit de Sable is also beautiful- a little more assertive/masculine in the opening than Gris but another stunner. I bought both right away. Creme de Cuir is next on my list. Its similar to Nuit de Sable but softer and creamier with a beautiful suede note. Thank you for reviewing these- love your content!

Left one comment when I started the video but wanted to leave a more thorough one lol. I was very curious to hear your thoughts on Gris Charnel! The fact that BDK Rouge Smoking doesn't perform well is such a let down, especially for the price point. I still don't think Wood Jasmine will be for me!

For Cherry, please try Bohoboco Wet Cherry Liquor. Sme people say they get a lot of booze but I only smell a deep sweet cherry. I love it. Great projection and lasted 5 plus hours on me.
Interesting, I have rouge smoking, Gris Chanel and pace ce sior and all lasts at least 6-8 hours. Pace ce sior projects more and is stronger.

I went out with my hubby this last weekend and he got me Rouge Smoking for the colder weather. I love it but it doesnt last long in warm weather. I smell cherry which i love but it is not over sweet. it does smell like those gothic fantasy shops i used to go into in my early 20s not hot topic but
other mysical shops or psychic shops i love the smell but reminds me of those
more gothic times in my life. Gris Charnel was aweful it smelled like neosporin or viks or very medicinal or menthol smell it smells like those creams for sore muscles aweful 🥰
I recently had a chance to smell Rouge Smoking and the fragrance is very addictive and alluring, but disappointing to hear of the poor performance. The one I really like is Gris Charnel, but I just can't on this price point🥴✌🏾
I much prefer Rouge Smoking over Lost Cherry. There’s something in Lost Cherry that comes off like artemisia (though it’s not listed) that throws the whole thing off for me. I also find Lost Cherry lacking in performance .

@@iyzabel Or she’s lazy. But dedicating a channel to fragrance and then being too lazy to learn how to pronounce perfumes properly is extremely dumb. It’s really not that difficult to look up how to say it.

Rouge smoking smelled like a Cherry cough drop to me. Sold it. I kept Gris Charnel. I like it but the staying power is sub par for the price. I also sold Creme de Cuir. Pretty, kinda suede vibes, but again no projection or longevity.
I have a small decant of Rouge Smoking. It's pretty, but it disappeared too quickly. I also sampled Gris Channel, but I wasn't impressed. I am not "wowed " by this house.
I definitely get strong wood scent on Wood Jasmin. Too strong that I would prefer it on a man. My husband don't like it though. Too strong for him.

Bought samples of each BDK perfume. Was so hyped up for Gris Charnel. Well didn't hate it, but it was just ok. I just smelled fig. Better perfums out there if you want to smell fig. Rouge Smoking, I smell bubble gum, gets ok-ish but not very long lasting. Nope not for me. Pas Ce Soir - fine but forgetable.Tabak Rose - no way.Bouquet De Hongrie -weird version of Chanel Tendre. Nope. I liked the most: Creme de Cuir. Do I want to own it. NO. All others e.g Nuit de Sable - nope.Such an overhyped house. Safe your bucks!
