In regards to color magic associated with fire, I’ve also incorporated blue into fire magic as that is the area where the flame is hottest since it is receiving the most oxygen and undergoing full combustion. I typically use it for banishment/breakdown of barriers or obstacles!

it's interesting that you mention dragons are fire element because in many asian cultures, dragons are often water-related, and they often bring rain and are associated with abundance
Lucky , Dragons also are associated with Slavic Paganism ( Veles)
I have worked with dragons and they can have any element my guardian dragon for example is a earth dragon

I love your videos so much! I’m a baby witch and am just starting in my craft, and the thing I love about fire is it’s an element of creation not the popular belief of destruction, fire is born of a combination of other elements, it is born from earth and air. I can’t use flame in my craft most of the time, but I do any time I can! It’s proven very difficult as well though because I can’t use smoke either. This video helped me a lot! It’s so nice to see another RUclipsr/ person on social media spreading awareness about witchcraft!
I have a question for you. Do you use a lighter or wood matches when you do fire spells/incantations/cleansing? I was thinking that wood matches would be best since they are made of natural elements, wondered if this is a thing. Thanks in advance.

Glass, burnt glass and sand is fun to work with when working with fire.
Tfs all this fire correspondence info. The oddest fire correspondence I have heard is glass, specifically, light blue glass. It was in context of creating a pocket Altar and using blue Glass for the water element and the fire element in one to save space in the tin. It's interesting and makes sense because glass cannot be made without fire.
Would not have guessed Hearth was a Cancer. Of course I dont know her personally lol but I would have guessed either Aquarius or maybe even Scorpio 🤔

I'm going through each of these elementals and I just wanted to give a quick thank you for ot all being similarly structured. It really helps to process the information instead of just an info dump. And it is something we probably don't notice all that much but that had to have taken a lot of planning on your end. So thank you Hearth!
I love how pragmatic your advice is!! I happily used my husband’s flame less candle when I didn’t have actual candles and I’m planning to use it more for lasting spells. I love the idea of using children toys or objects that can represent the energies and symbols we work with!

I’m so excited for this video! I have pet parakeets, and it is very dangerous to burn anything around them- so my use of even just candles is limited.
This was so cool. I always used candles, because I never had a problem of finding or burning some, but I love the variety of options! I also saw those elemental runes that can be used for traveling altars. So creative!

My Sun sign is Leo, the Lion! I've been a practicing witch for twenty years but it never occurred to me that is why I'm such a fire bug haha! I used to be forever in trouble as a kid for playing with matches. Now as a grown up if I haven't been near a bonfire or open fire for a while I literally crave it, and feel lethargic and down. It happended last year and I spent months literally craving fire but I couldn't burn one where I was. Whatever small spell candle I lit would inexplicably go berserk and burst into multiple 4ft high flames. I spoke with a wise woman who asked if my fire element might be out of balance. Duh, yep. Lol. So your video darling Hearth is wonderful and so helpful even for more experienced witches. We are always learning. I am definitely more careful to nurture my fire nature now. Blessings XXX

My mid haven is my only fire sign in my entire chart, but it’s at the top of my chart, 12 o clock. Fire is my favorite element.
There’s so many heavy and serious signs in my chart, so fire just warms me to life.
My dad raised me and he was a double sag.
I do a lot of fire magick and I work a lot with runes, both Egyptian and Nordic. Some runes, depending on what they’re made of, can also represent the fire element.
I use my imagination for the fire. I do Tummo meditation to raise your body temperature in conjunction to the imagination, which is also called the breath of fire as well.
Beware though, you might self induce yourself during meditation to astral project as it is a very powerful meditation that also raises your vibrations very quickly.

Instead of rock salt you can use black himalayan salt that is very rich in sulphur for fire salt :)
wow, so much information. last night i dreamed i was at a magick school and learned my natural element was fire. meaning fire magick would be the way to go for me. which i find very amazing. i always get spirit messages in dreams, and i believe this is one. its kinda like video games or even fiction, where your base element is your strongest, so if you want to be the best that you can be, you focus on your own element and train in that. so someone with a main fire element would focus on the fire element. those with water water, air with air, earth with earth. in this regards your magick would be more powerful if you follow through with your own designated element. i always hated in video games where you are the master of everything, because in real life, you cant be the best at everything, someone else is always better. and that ideal follows with me through magick. i have also had dreams about bee's many times, and turns out they are fire element, perhaps my spirit animal is a bee.... interesting none the less. im trying to gather up as much information as i can to grow as a person.

EDIT: I think we should stop with western signs, Aquarius, etc. because it doesn't fit. the chinese zodiac is better. for example i am actually a dragon, which is fire element, and turns out, im fire element. but my western sign is Aquarius, which has the element of air, which is not my element. which would explain why wearing amethyst (high school ring) i ended up having the worst time in my life during that time. everything felt like it was out of control, like a flame being stoked by air..... you could say it made me burn to bright.... where as i wanted to get an garnet or ruby ring, but was advised against it because "it made no sense" as it didn't match my birth month... should have followed my gut, turns out, im a fire warlock....

Suggestion! If you wanted an icon of a bee/scorpion, there’s plenty of people who keep insects that make paperweights/jewellery where they set the insects in resin once they pass away.
I’d definitely say that you should take the time to find a source that obtain these in a way in keeping with your own personal ethics (many just forage for insects they find already passed, many get them donated from beekeepers etc. I’ll leave what you’re comfortable up to you)

My Sun is detriment in Libra and Saturn beside it is shadowing it as well... Do I have a disadvantage working with my fire? Do I actually have some kind of advantage at the same time as I can use Neptune in Sag as a FOCAL/FOCUS point? Matty

I have a stainless steel band and then a adjustable ring I got off an Etsy witch store that has a piece of Amethyst I use to help my Psychic power and magical connection to spirit due to the color.

This should be a warning in capital letters on every spell or magic book. 3 years of living hell. I'm not joking. It didn't change I wasn't aware of the need to give something in return. So to anyone who reads this: please, be careful and read about the being you want to work with. And every time pay them.

Atheist witch, might bring the mood a little down.
I've done candle meditations and even learnt the different types of waxes which causes them to flicker and such. Sturdier waxes cause less flickering, which means it shows the effect you have in controlling or at least, in a sense. Bonding with the flame.
We can understand that the element has some bond between animals, especially us. However i dont think that corresponds with colors or spiritually. Fire is simply something toy understand from an intimate position. How it acts and waves with geastures or sometimes tho not fully certain. With the thought alone.
Its life made in destruction to create. Color- can range from a large spectrum which could cover more than warm temperatures. A lion for instance could be fierce like fire, but gentle like water. Scorpions can be stern like earth.
So how do they connect to fire? When all things are one not seperate on the five elements.
Also, would it be possible to show an example with each one?

We can also buy smoked spices, which could also be an alternative to homemade fire salt.
I've only found this smoked spices are pepper powder and crushed jalapeños. I'm just wondering if ground chilli peppers are the same as cayenne pepper, or is it a different kind?

I'm a baby witch and I've always been attracted to fire (although I'm a cancer). I was staring at a candle a few days ago and I saw a dancing man in the flames, I'm assuming it was a salamander, but at the time I had no clue and now I'm worrying about the fact that I didn't leave an offering. Just wondering what offerings I should give to them in the future?

im still trying to master just fire and air but its so hard when i started becoming a witch i just got a tourmaline pendulum and a burning herb stick so i can cleanse it weakly since i asked the pendulum can i cleanse it weakly and it said yes so im getting better at channeling my pendulum with using my normal energy and holding it in my palm and charging it but i feel like im still weak i want to get stronger but idk how to master it without diatesa and spirits and other than wearing red and gold and other than having a pet associated with it can i plainly just use concentration and intention to controle elements will it work

New witch here, from the research I've done it makes things confusing so if any can give clarity it would help. Basically there are certain elements you can use depending on certain criteria, or in order to get the best results from an element it needs to be tied to you. Like I'm a fire sign and apparently I need to use fire. These has really confused me because I've felt I connected with water but apparently it doesn't even matter? It's really confusing and I'm not sure if I've been fed wrong information or what. Any help would be great!

Since she's the Mother of Witches and there's plenty of lore surrounding witches turning into toads, I say yes. Hecate is one of my go to's but I use shedding from 🪱snakes, 🗝🔑keys,& 🦉owls but I doubt she minds my toad skull. 🐸
So you say that some people set up different alters for each element. I'm wondering if the elements are actual spiritual beings, like if the have a ruler or something? When I was in HS on a cold fall night, I was on the phone with my friend and I said that it felt like the air was there, like a being. Like I was meeting it lol. She said that was weird. But I swear It felt like the air was a being. Idk.. any thoughts anyone?.....also on a side note, when I was about 10 when The Craft came out, my friends and I pretended we corresponded with an element and mine was Air. I used to be able to control the wind, like for real it worked like 9 out of 10 times, very often. Not just a couple times.
