    I wanted to reiterate for anyone new, please be mindful this is a space for 2 people. My Partner, although minimalist is not an extreme minimalist and so likes a few more home comforts than myself… but the plants 🪴 are all me 😂 I have fully enjoyed doing these daily videos but I am ready for a rest 😂 I mentioned in the video I thought I’d edited around 50 videos within 40days but it’s actually closer to 60 with the RUclips shorts…yikes 😂 Hope You all enjoy this tour although I can feel my speech waning throughout from recording so much 😂 Thank You all again for participating by viewing, watching or subscribing 😊 See you all on Thursday 😊

    Absolutely love that I have found your channel!! I am a mom to 3 little ones and we live a minimalist life but I always feel like we can downsize more. Since finding your channel I have been able to donate/sell 5 garbage bags of things we were storing just in case. Thank you for the motivation 🤍

    Inspirational. Thank you for all your hard work. I have loved this series and it has motivated me everyday to declutter something. Although the Wade Whimsies yesterday made me and my sister look at them on Etsy as they were part of our childhood!

      Thank You, I’m just so glad that a few people have now told me where the zebras 🦓 are from because it was honestly baffling me 😂 I think my mum and I like them even more now, knowing my grandma as clearly had them a very long time and that they came in tea 🫖 one of all of our favourite pastimes in life. 🙏 😊 🫖 I text my mum immediately when everyone started telling me and my mum was super pleased too to know their background 😊 🦓

    All you need is a coffee table to be absolutely comfortable. Since you live in a very small home, l suggest a round mettalic / fabric storage ottomon. This way there is additional storage and the round shape allows for maximum flow.
    I'm thrilled you are sleeping on a proper bed frame!

      The one thing we decided we really don’t want is a coffee table… we had one in the past and it took up so much of the floor space in front of our sofa. The camera can be so deceptive as the space in front of the sofa is only about 2 metres. With a coffee table there is no space to walk by hardly. So we’re happy just using our little natural tatami stool as a coffee cup rest… we also stick to wood in our home mainly as we find it a warmer solution than metal. I do however love circular options for most things. If we had a bigger room we may have gone for a stone wabi sabi pebble table or a wooden one in a similar shape. Then again it may be that we always like the extra floor space 😂 We even have circular shelves. We also don’t really need anymore storage now as we’ve got rid of everything, that would be considered extra - so there is really nothing to store 😊

    Your home is adorable. It is so bright and cheery! I could be very happy living in such a space. I consider myself a minimalist but after watching this, I am inspired to look for more things to declutter. So thank you so much for this. I enjoyed immensely!

    Moved from a 2 bed bungalow to a 32sq metre studio in Nov and your videos massively helped me declutter my fairly minimal belongings. As usual after watching your latest video I've just decluttered a few more items👍

    Thank you! It has been a very inspirational series. I bet you were glad to get that mini-mountain out of your bedroom though! But your home looks lovely, clear and spacious. I did the challenge also, and in spite of the fact that I thought I would run out of items when I got to 30, I carried on and have now ended the challenge with getting rid of 50 items. I did declutter the pile much earlier than you as well, it was getting on my nerves, so down to the charity shop I went. It has helped me to get into the mind set of just living with what we need. Thanks again.

    Thanks so much for the list. That might have been me. Great job making the 40 days with no forfeit. Fab videos. I think you said you were raising money for dementia. Is there a donation link?

    • @SagelifeMinimalism
      @SagelifeMinimalism  10 месяцев назад +2

      You’re welcome 😊 There’s not a link because RUclips won’t allow me to make it an official fundraiser if I have under 10k subscribers but I can see how much money exactly I make from what videos, so at the end of the coming month I intend to subtract any of the money from the non official fundraiser which includes the super thanks and donate it to a dementia charity. So if you’d like to donate you can do so via the super thanks button which is the little heart with dollar sign. Thank you ☺️

    I'd be really interested to know if you have a hobby that requires any "things"?

    • @SagelifeMinimalism
      @SagelifeMinimalism  10 месяцев назад +2

      I use to mainly do furniture up which I did have my own tools for… but we decided it was pointless keeping 2 sets… so I now just borrow my partners for that… he has a work van with tools etc. I’m quite lucky in that a lot of the things I enjoy doing don’t require much stuff. I enjoy reading, writing, and baking. We do have 1 mixing bowl and baking sheet for this. I also do enjoy kintsugi every now and then but you can buy these small kits on a case by case basis so it’s not something you need to store. 😊
