@@misstinzy7164 some restaurants owners doesn't allowed any foods RUclipsr to leak secret ingredients... But u can guess it easy on the video shown... Since I work as chef assistant, I pretty much can grasp all the ingredients already and most of them is easy to find except those thin noodles that had to be handmade...

@@belletaunde102 Brine the chicken look like using Black Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Vinegar, Water and Bayleaf to marinate it and you fried the chicken after marinate for half day or a day much better... The Soup base look like Garlic, Onion, Peppercorn, Bayleaf with Chicken, Fats and Skin...
There 3 soup base he made...
The red one use Curry Powder with Red Chili Powder...
The Murkier one is the most Fatty taste for creamier taste depend on your taste buds and the Clear Soup base...
Remember Three of the Soup base isn't salty since he didn't add salt yet to it... Only he scoop a portion of it then he add salt, just make sure to taste it first...
I already made it last week 😋😋😋, so far I love the clear base soup with lots of scallions and celery with shredded frieds Ginger and fresh shredded Cabbages as side dish... 👍👍👍
일전에 광안리 갔을때 갔던 집. 처음 먹어보는 색다른 맛인데 이게 또 맛있습니다. 처음에 와이프랑 홍단 백단 시켜서 먹다가 계속 땡겨서 청단?인가 시켜 먹었는데 담백하고 깔끔한 맛에 또 한방 먹었음! 백단은 심해 수준의 깊은 국물이 일품이고 홍단은 어린이들이 먹기에는 약간 매콤하니 어른들만 드시길 추천합니다!!
갠적으로 한강이남 최애 라멘 이색 맛집!!!
