Man there was a time when only honda 4 cylinder vtec engines were known to rev to 9000rpm but this is just nuts a n/a 4.0 flat-6 reving to 9000rpm sounds so damm nice and the acceleration is awesome keeping in mind that its only a 4.0 n/a its way faster then some of the 5.0L+ v8s
This is such a halo car for so many reasons. But to reach that glorious 9K rpm, it takes you well over 80mph as you shift into third and in the UK at least that’s 10mph over the fastest speed limit there is, which is on a motorway. Would be awesome to see a shortened gear set in this so 9k in 2nd was something like 62-65mph
sebinko I ask not about manual, I have read it many times, and for Georgia Republic market there is no any word about break period. Then I also spoke with herr Preuninger this summer (on 70 Jubi) about it and he said 1k km is enough. My question to you was: please tell me exactly which detail in this engine needs break time 3k km? :)
Konstantin Sulamanidze I find it humorous that you say for the Georgia Republic market there is nothing about a break in period. You make it sound like the Georgia Republic gets special Porsches that need no break in period so that is why it says nothing in the manual. Just my opinion...
@@miminogarage9862 You idiot you need to break in every engine in a new car, from a Honda to even a Porsche. The whole of the engine needs to be broken in, not a specific part. Also the dealership is just telling you that to get more money from clueless idiot like you.
Lol .. u need to do 2000km. Then change the oil . After that u can rev it to 9000rpm. This car is not going to be 100% powerfull and is not going to last a lot
What is up with you fools. Slower more leasurely shifts create the best sounds from the engine imaginable. Cherish them, its what all shitty pdks and dcts rob us off in every single car nowadays

Probably not wise also to be driving the car like this with the tyre pressure warning up in dash! 😬
Mimino Garage I Download My Porsche 991.2 GT3 Touring So That's Why I Downloaded They Are 4 Shorts
Musical

Funky Monk about 312 kph
Isn't the shit supposed to be faster with the no lift ?
break in period on this specific engine is 3000km!!! poor car
sebinko please tell me exact detail in this engine that needs 3000 km break in period?
@@miminogarage9862 read the manual. Porsche own cars (991.2 4.0) used on circuits follow this. Believe me ;-)

jesus. you have to run in the engine first. you are far from the point where you can rev the engine all the way
MemoryLaneCinema This is the first time when I drove it fast. Before 1000 km I drove it slowly under 4k rpm.
the manual says 3-4000 km :)
And Preuninger says around 1800km
haha jesus. Bet u are one of those who get u knowledge on utube. Yes. I know who he is, but I trust the manual.
MemoryLaneCinema how did you break in yours?
