Problem:
It grinds but the grind does not stop after the normal time it keeps on going, I have to switch off to stop it.
Can you advise me what to look for when I take a look inside?
Solution:
It has two possibilities about this problem:
1. Clean the grinder burrs (conical)
2. Check the dose switch it can be damaged or not working properly. Хобби

Hello, I hope you are able to help me out with this. I decided to clean the screen on my Vienna Plus brew group and I took off the plastic tube that extended from the brew group. Upon re-assembly and putting everything back into place (including the o-rings, glass ball, and spring), I have run into quite a big problem that renders my machine useless. Whenever I run the brew cycle, the water and grinds pretty much just go straight into the case bin, without producing any espresso. I've ensured that everything is tightened including the screen which leads to me basically just give up on this because I can't figure out what the heck is wrong! It was working perfectly fine before I tried to open parts of the brew group to clean the screen.
Not an expert but... It sounds like an O-ring is either missing or cracked, at the spout or the brew unit. Or a disconnected / broken hose.
I am trying to take the top off like this and it seemed to have another (a3rd) somewhere that block it from opening
Hi Miroslav - When my Vienna plus grinder turns on there is a smell of burning electronics or plastic. Would you do a video or explain how to remove and inspect and test the grinder?

Hey! I had this exact same symptom with my Vienna. Took it to a local repair shop and $150 later, it was a bad thermostat.
а если гриндер закручен до конца но помол все равно крпуный - в чем может быть проблема?
I've got an interesting grinder problem for my Saeco. I have a video that I'd like to post or send you. Where can I email it?

My grinder dont stop grinding, it runs all time, where could be the problem?
My Saeco Syntia grinder runs, but will only produce a cup of coffee every third or fourth try. Is the grinder worn out?
Did you fix the problem ?? If yes how did you do it ?
@@moezmhamdi5219 Problem was not fixed. Took it to a repair shop. Paid $200. Still had problem not grinding, so we took it back to the repair shop. Will let you know what is done to repair it.
Are you using oily beans ?? I m trying this morning to drain the beans with paper and it is working properly
@@moezmhamdi5219 No oily beans. Have tried a variety of different whole bean brands with no luck. Mine worked fine for a couple of years. Are you having a similar problems?
