You removed the link to the star background?
You even shared the stars background. What a god.
Were the project file and background removed from the description? because I dont see them.
Man....) Big thanks! You helped me a lot in my Star Wars parody coming out soon) Good tutorial! May the Force be with you)
Huge thanks!
Hey man, that was a good video, however I strongly suggest that the X Rotation should be changed to at least -65 or lower; the reason being is that hardly anyone can read it at -75.
"the reason is that" or "the reason being that" NOT "the reason being is that."
thank you so much...i will post video of what i am using this type of title for. i couldnt have done it with out you . thanks so much .
I changed the angle on my orientation to something a little more flat and readable - this made it very difficult to animate by dragging the axis like you did. An easier way to do this is to get the animation of the text scrolling done in the composition with just the text and then you've only got to worry about the angle of the x rotation in the main comp and the text will continue to scroll no matter what angle you change it to.
Ahh thank you!! I've been faffing about with the readability for ages. Brilliant suggestion
Great tutorial thanks for sharing files more people should share their work
Hi there - I don't see the links to the files (star background or scrolling effect) in the description. Could you please give a bit more insight where these links are to follow along?
Thanks this will help with a future project
Thanx DUDE!!!!
Nice one! Thanks for this
Big thanks from down in Tassie

thank you for this tutorial!
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your welcome!!!!!!!
where is the link to the starwars background ???
hi? kindly share specs of your machine you use please
I followed every step in this video, and everything worked except for the feathering. I made my mask large like you said so that the left, right, and bottom sides went far off the edges, but when I would try to feather the mask, it would darken the entire text rather than just the top edge that is a quarter way down the screen :(
Hey Michael, it sounds like the mask is too close to your text. Try moving the masks on the sides out further. If you get really stuck you can download it for free in the description to compare. Hope that helps
Got it to work! Thank you :)
cant find the project file ?
Hi there, ur tutorial really helped me a lot. Just a question to ask, how do i export this to mp4 or any other video file ya? Thanks.
Thank you, I have a video which will show you how to export just search for it on my channel😀
Hey there, I looked through your video tutorial on how to export and I managed to export to AVI file since I dont have Quick Time. Thanks again.

No plugins?
Half of my paragraph styles are blacked out including the one that we need... Help?
Where is the project file?
Saying 'this one here...' doesn't really help if viewed on a small screen. The text layout you used is called...justified last line left.
I tried following your directions but my text is all squished together and actually overlapping as if there were no line spacing at all. I copied and pasted my text from a word document.
Download the free template, copy your text in and adjust the spacing in the character window on the right.
cant find the link
I dont have a X and Y rotation. Just rotation
Edit: nvm i wasnt listening good
I’m tryna do this on tik tok u know?
Was going great until I added my mask - when the key frame ani kicks in, the whole comp slows down to a (pardon the pun) crawl while it renders on the fly. What have I done wrong?!
Hey Chris, im not quite sure I understand the issue (rendering or keyframes) either way you can always download the free project file from the description and compare with your own. Hope that helps
@@FlatPackFX Yes I will do thanks! Now it's played through once (took 18 mins for a 30 sec clip) and rendered it's fine but I don't know why. I'll look at yours. Cheers mate!
This video should only be 20 seconds long to much info thats not needed
