Are there different sizes of deburring tools for different size holes?

If the single flute performs a superior deburring operation, why do you not offer a version that threads into the handle?

Great question. I think that using the handle forces you to apply too much pressure to the work. So we really steer people to using the hex single flute in a lightweight driver. It would be cost prohibitive to offer a threaded version too.
