awesome find and addition, you know if you need more rollers you could take a few from that line you just bought, it doesn't take all of those rollers to move lumber. No matter how you work it, it's going to be great for you guys.
Great channel! You are both good workers and do a fine job. One suggestion would be to wear hearing protection, I have deaf people in my family from years of machinery work and it's not fun.
I've gotta build me a chop table sometime in the future myself. I don't believe that I'll put my rollers as close as what they are on the table that y'all just got though. I don't do the amount of production as y'all do so it shouldn't be an issue.
You don’t want that chop saw!! There is no break!! I put a 14” on a metal cutting chop saw. The metal blade will coast forever and it hangs out there DANGEROUS!! put a miter saw in that. Don’t want you or the boys hurt!!
That chop saw setup looks like a nice robust piece of equipment! A lot less tiring when you work at the right height, so it's good the new one is a bit lower. Good luck with the Frick install. Would love to see some footage as you go through it, if you have time to record some. Cheers!
Good auction find . We need to build one similar for cutting parts to build our firewood pallets .
Wow & Nice Seeing Family Working Together😀😀😀
Nice addition to your operation

You could pull every other one out from the left if you needed to so you could have a few extras on the right.
Great find, that will make the work easier.
Yes it will!
Big things are happening, looking forward to seeing more. thanks.
Great find, I believe that’s going to work a whole lot better. Great video.!
Thanks 👍
Hope there's an update, I agree if you can reuse the old rollers for the extention would be awesome! Good luck
Well deserved will save alot of work and save on the body. Happy that you are able to improve your operation !
Thanks!
THANKS!
Good afternoon my friend... keep up the spirit
Looks like extending the table will be pretty easy.
Just a suggestion take the rollers that were on the old table for the in feed and use them for the out feed for the new table.
If this was mine I would move it more to center to keep all steel base further out of direct weather and reduce rust maintenance. Ray
You got some good help
Yes indeed!
Nice chop saw.
Will make life and wife HAPPIER
Good things!

Me too!
Heavy duty upgrade
Brilliant 🤩
Nice setup
Thanks!
I’m adding something similar- what are using for saw blades on the new one? Most of those are 14 inch and setup for metal cutting
14” wood blades can be purchased from sawmill suppliers
How did you get into building pallets?

Are you going to recycle the old chop saw station?
